The property is super clean, employees are very friendly, especially Florence at reception, Hotel is in a very central location, 5 mins walk from Termini Roma, what we were impressed with was the guided tours provided for free by the Hotel Chain and conducted by a gentleman by the name of Virgilio, his knowledge and experience is an asset to the Hotel Chain, I traveled the world and never did I get a free guided tour that was really free and worth attending, Well Done B.Zar group, we will look forward to staying with you again.

We loved everything about this property.

I loved everything about this hotel. The location was great, just a few minutes from Rome Termini. It was a great place to explore Rome from. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. Our room (501) with the terrace was amazing. I can't say enough how pleased we were. Thank you for being part of an excellent first visit to Rome. And if you are looking for somewhere to eat the hotel advice to try La Famiglia restaurant just a short walk away was excellent. Great food at very reasonable prices.

Staff is very helpfull, the location is near Termini and near Piazza della Repubblica. Inside the hotel there is a gym open 24 hours with tapis, cyclette and some wieghts. It's also possible to have a sauna.

There are wall-mounted soap dispensers, but no small soap samples; using the bidet is inconvenient because you don’t have soap within reach. Carpeted floor

The hotel staff were very welcoming and upgraded our room free of cost. Karen at the reception was very kind and took the time to explain all the tourist locations around along with a map which helped us easily cover many locations in our limited time in Rome.

We stayed here for three nights before going to Sorrento. They allowed us to leave bags here for several days while we were away. When we returned, they knew it was my 72nd birthday and left a lovely note and something special in my room. I love the staff here. The friendliest I have ever met in my travels. This hotel is truly special.

This is a fantastic hotel. We chose it for our 3 night stay because of the great reviews and proximity to the main train station. The front desk staff are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The beds are very comfortable (we were in a Superior Double room) and so nice to come back to after a hard day's touristing. Breakfast is very good and they even made up a breakfast pack for us to take when we left early one morning to go to the Vatican Museums - that's great customer service! There are many restaurants to choose from in the area; I'd like to mention a fabulous restaurant just round the corner, the La Fraschetta di Barbablu restaurant. We only discovered it on our last night unfortunately which is why I am mentioning it here so others don't make the same mistake :). Fabulous food and a lovely friendly owner. All in all our stay in Rome was brilliant and memorable and part of the great memories are due to this hotel.

Nothing - it was great

We were greeted by the most amazing native Roman receptionist ever - Fabrizio Forno, who made this experience unforgettable! With his bubbly personality and immense knowledge of Rome, he immediately told us the best spots in Rome, while also giving us a detailed history and the stories behind many of the historical places in this great city. Each conversation was an absolute pleasure and we found ourselves talking to him for hours about various topics! The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, close to the main train and metro station Termini, so each trip is easy to organize. The rooms were clean, well kept, with really good air conditioning, and all the staff was absolutely delightful. If you ever consider visiting Rome, I highly recommend staying here (and asking if Fabrizio is around to say hi).

Staff is extremely kind, friendly and professional. The location is very good and close to Termini. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options ( eggs, bacon, freshly baked cakes, fresh bread, vegetables, juices, fruits...). We also used the gym which was quite small but in good condition. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. We received room number 103 which also has a great balcony only for ourselves. Definitely coming back!

The hotel is very pleasant and located near the railway station (Roma Termini) which is also a hub for the subway/bus/shops. Most of the important attractions are about a 20-30 minute walk in all directions (Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona, Villa Borghese etc). The Vatican is a little farther (at least one hour walk), but it takes about ten minutes by subway (about 5 stations, I think). There are also affordable and very good restaurants and shops around the hotel. We came to Rome around Christmas time and the whole city was very festive and adorned with lights and ornaments, which compensated for the lack of Christmas markets (there is only one in Piazza Navona and it's not extraordinary). The room was very clean and cleaned every day. The bed was particularly comfortable (great mattress and pillows!) and the bathroom was big and also very clean. We also had mini bar, safe, tea and coffee options, wifi and many other facilities inside the room. The view was ok... just buildings around the hotel. Breakfast was also a very pleasant experience, with various options and many cakes :). All the staff were very nice and willing to help, and offered any information we required.

It's hard to think of something I didn't like. There was always a strange smell in the lobby and the elevator was very small and slow but that's not really a major problem. The issues that matter (comfort, staff, location) are all very high.
