The hotel is located in a good place, there are two bus stops in front of the hotel, good restaurants nearby. Small basic goods shop and Spar within walking distance. It is not a completely quiet place, but there is definitely no traffic at night. The staff helpful and kind. Simple room, good bed, nice bathroom, functional, if somewhat noisy, air conditioning. WI-Fi reliable. Good breakfast. There is a "safe" in the description of the room, in reality it is just a small metal box, enough for cash and cards in size.

I was really surprised by the room cleaning system, changing of towels, adding toilet paper etc. Everything only on request, you have to hang a sign on the door. I didn't know until day 3. The receptionist explained it to me when I asked for a correction. I stayed 10 nights. When I hung the sign according to the instructions, it was cleaned, thank you. In a 3* hotel - even in others on Algarve - I'm used to being cleaned unbidden, including a made-up bed. But! The good news may be that water and the environment have been saved:-)

Ana and David were great… went above and beyond beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Initially, we were a little underwhelmed by the exterior but I stand corrected. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and better than many of the other pricier places where we paid for breakfast. The location had free parking and was very close to Ponte de Pedade. Coworking space allowed me to get work done… and if we are saving the best for last, the community of fellow travelers who we met here were likeminded. I’d absolutely recommend and gladly stay again!!!

Friendly staff, spacious room, balcony, clean (bath)room, spacious breakfast area, ample parking in front (in December/off season), our dog was allowed (15,- euro extra / night), free drink was given upon arrival (token)

Minor things, just mentioning them here for constructive feedback to management: Bread buns were a bit dry, no eggs, croissants would be nice (although they had lovely chocalate as well as carrot cake). Decaf coffee (from sachet) was old/dry powdery. Pillows were thin / sloppy / flocky. I received an extra set of pillows which helped, otherwise they would not have enough support/thickness. Elevator engine can be heard 'whoosing' from the room (room 314) No food/drinks bowl for our dog (despite paying 15,- extra / night)

I have stayed there on several occasions. The location is ideal for access to beaches and as it's a little out of the centre, it is quiet. The staff are friendly and approachable.

I haven't got a Netflix account so couldn't watch TV. You have to request that your room be cleaned, it is not done regularly. When I requested cleaning, it wasn't done. Bathroom and balcony were still quite grubby.

The room had a very nice boho decoration, access to Netflix and a really nice shower. The staff were all always very friendly, ready to help and give suggestions.

If the room had the window closed during the day, there was a smell of mold/stagnated air, but nothing that opening the window to get fresh air didn’t help. Breakfast was also not the best, we ended up going somewhere else to eat

Location of the hotel is great (close to the city and also to all beaches around- Dona Ana [15min walk]/ Praia da Batata [10min walk]) - Working Air condition, really help in hot days - Big room with balcony (great for night drinking or chilling) - Smart TV with Netflix & YouTube - 24/7 reception (good for late night check-in) - In third floor (on the top) I recommend to ask for a room. I didn't have any problem with any noise from neighbours or outside (lot of people were complaining about the noises, but everything was okay in my case)

- Basic breakfast.. Don't expect something big, just few things. The fresh melon/pineapple saved it for me (but other stuff was just basic) - Bad smell from toillet or plumbing.. I don't know from where that smell was but when I left open toilet after a while I had a really bad smell in my room. So I had to close the toilet all the time (I stayed in the hotel for 10 days) - Cleaning my room. During 10 days I left my room for cleaning approx. 4-5 times. They made my bed, change the towels and other stuff but they didn't mop the floor (when you came from city or beaches, sometimes you bring sand or another dirt from outside). I get it that mopping everytime is not important but at least once from 10 days I would reccomend.

Perfect location - The hotel is in a roundabout. But don’t panic like I did in my first day there 😀take tfirst right ,10 min walking to the most beautiful beaches from Algarve. Second right - you are in the old town where you’ll find all what you need- amazing food, great drinks, shopping. You’re also close to the Lagos Marina. The room was spacious and clean, same the bathroom. It would be too small for a couple , but for a solo traveler was perfect .

Breakfast is a bit boring. Same things every day and no eggs options at all. Good coffee but only if you add an extra espresso shot in a latte. Else a latte or cappuccino are too sweet.

Decent basic hotel. Good breakfast. small balcony. Staff were helpful. Good location not too far from the old town and bus stop to Bergau around the corner.

Balcony could have done with having a small table on it. Hotel had a strong rather unpleasant air freshener smell on entering which was a bit off putting. Drain in bathroom was a bit smelly too.

Good location close to the old town The staff were all friendly and helpful and the room was a good size with a balcony and even Netflix on the TV. The buffet breakfast had a good choice and was fresh and restocked all the time.

Nothing really over than the outside of the property could do with a bit of a repaint it looks a bit shabby but once inside it's clean and modern.

The room was okay, not very spacious but it was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. We chose this hotel for it's value for the money and for it's location. It has multiple beaches in a walking distance.

The breakfast options were poor. They didn't even have eggs which I would say is the most basic thing to have as a breakfast option...
