Not much really just note walking into Down Town isn't the best - seems to be a lot more homelessness down 6th street

The unit was the perfect size for my boyfriend and I. The unit and apartment lobby were clean and modern. I really liked having a full kitchen. My favorite part was the location! Lots of food trucks, bars, and even a convenient store across the street.

The parking garage was very narrow. You have to be super careful in it. The unit was the farthest from the elevator, and the walk from the elevator is hot because the hallway is exposed to the courtyard. The courtyard looked nice but we didn't use it.

The building is gorgeous! Emmi and Penny and the manager (WE ARE!) helped welcome us, and were simply the sweetest! The parking/elevator system is a tiny bit confusing at the beginning and they were gracious in helping us understand it all. The beds were so comfy, bathroom was roomy, living room nice, kitchen well equipped, view was great, the fire pit in the courtyard was perfect for a cocktail and conversation after our event. This was a pleasure AND a business trip.

Less street noise, but oh well, it's Austin!

Clean and modern, good bedrooms, good working airconditioning. Great location in a lively vibrant neighbourhood! Also some bars and places to eat (great healthy breakfast place around the corner, Natuur). Parking underneath the building for a surcharge. Elevator in the complex which is nice if you have luggage. Service desk inside as well.

It was all good only minor comments. Vibrant lively neighbourhood so you do hear some noice late in the evening. No issue for us but it might have an effect if you are a light sleeper. It dies down eventually though! The access with parking included can be a bit of a hassle. Park on the street first. Go inside to the apartment to get the parking pass and only then are you able to get inside (so you basically need to trips to/from the apartment during check-in and checkout. Entering the building is not difficult at all, but you get sent a lot of information and for the first time it can be a bit complicated. During checkout we were able to leave the keys and parking pass at reception which is a lot easier!

I really dislike it when hotels have a resort fee and taxes exclusive of the price on booking.com. I missed it here and it turned out to be much more expensive than anticipated. I could've Hotwired the Hilton for cheaper. Also, my gf and I were confused about this not having a co-working space or a pool. Not their fault as there is a very similar property a few doors down with the same name and these amenities.

Spaciousness of room and building in general. Good security and a comfortable common area seating area with a coffee machine :))

Could not use the washing machine & dryer in the 1640 building. If you don’t have a USA phone you’re out of luck, besides it looked so complicated to download apps etc I probably wouldn’t use it anyway. I thought I booked room with washing machine but nope it was in nxt bldg :(

Not having a car, it was wonderful to be able to experience so much on foot and having a kitchen area allowed more freedom with meals.

A few curtains for a little more privacy and light control. Otherwise very quiet and great to be able to enter and exit so easily and safely with the key and fobs. It would have been really nice to have an extra blanket for comfort.

The property was amazing we will definitely stay here again. The staff were so friendly and helpful even with requests before we checked in. The location is nice and safe (we stayed with 2 children) and we’re comfortable going for a walk to get dinner

The washing machines - need a wash card or a us mobile number we did not have either but a lovely resident from down the hall helped us out.

This was a fantastic place in the heart of East Austin! Everything we needed was in walking distance! There was a ton of restaurants and activities close by. There was evening a little grocery store open daily across the street.

This is in a popular area, so there are bars and restaurants that are open late. If you are extremely noise sensitive, make sure you have earplugs. We were on an inside unit and it was super quiet.

This location is perfect! The rooms are beautiful and clean and decorated in such a cute manner. The staffs customer service goes above and beyond. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone if they wanted a spot in downtown Austin.
