The layout inside the unit is very good.. Good ground layout and parking spots. Lovely clean barbecues. Laundry on site. Close to city centre. Everything you needed supplied in the unit for cooking etc. Full size fridge, back and front entries, tiny garden back. Whole look of village excellent.

Bathroom very small, an overweight person,or handicapped would not manage. Two steps at both back and front doors a bit dangerous,not regulation size,and no rail to help. Found one of two dryers not working,no notice on it,but money was refunded,same with the barbecue.

I've stayed at the villas several times now and will continue to do so. I like the ease and convenience of contact less check in & check out. Also I had an issue with the tv not working and the after hour caretaker was there to help in 10 mins.

I've found the beds a little hard. Also would really like some streaming services offered. I like to relax in the evening with a movie or doco but there is only commercial TV available which I cannot stand. And one little thing, some local takeout menus would be handy.

We like everything except the TV doesn't turn on immediately.But.starts after efforts. Otherwise everything is perfect. This accommodation had everything we needed,the kitchenette , comfortable bed,,the air-conditioning, the shower spotlessly clean and quiet environment.. We definitely will be back and recommend this beautiful accommodation for others.

We were attending events at the Queanbeyan Showground and so location was excellent. We were able to just walk across the street and not worry about finding parking. It was roomy, clean and convenient with the Kitchenette.

We didn't like the shower curtain as it was located too close to the showerhead. The shower curtain kept sticking to you which made it very difficult to have a shower. There was a lot of road noise from early morning to late at night, fortunately we got up early and went to bed late.

The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. A full size fridge is a bonus if you are staying more than a couple of nights. Non contact check in was very easy ( you are sent a code to collect your key). The communication regarding this was simple and easy. The room was very well supplied with crockery, cutlery etc. There was a sink ( always a plus). The grounds were pleasant and I noticed there were laundry facilities available.

A VERY small bathroom with nowhere really to hang damp towels except on a hooks, one of which meant the towel draped over the toilet paper. We noticed parts of the bathroom had been updated. Whilst the basin and taps were new whoever put in them in didn't check for practicality. The tap mixer length was barely long enough to get the water into the basin and water tended to splash everywhere - quite odd.

Fussion between Shabby Sheek and Cottage style The villas are very well maintained, clean, location is OK considering there is a town center. things running remotly mostly here in this hotel. Good for bussines but compromising on client interaction. Over all the place is nice , worth the money. Good to stay few nights.they Got every thing you need there. Kitchen, bathroom with shower and seating areas and BBQ as well.

It was simple but clean and comfortable

We had the 2brm residence which was great for the extra room with the kids, but it was cold in the bedrooms. I acknowledge that you can’t help the weather, so it’s not really a complaint. We also had Villa 8 and there was no tv reception but we were really only there to sleep so it wasn’t really needed.

Location and quiet

Allocated a room but the first key I thought dropped was 19 only to find that room was occupied, went back to key box and discovered key 17, but that room had not been cleaned and bed was slept in. Called after hours duty person that then arranged room key 16 which was good to go. Not what was expected after a long late travel day.

Beautiful nice,cosy villas,for a family. Beautiful location at Queanbeyan Also they had everything you need for a family to prepare and cook a meal. Overall beautiful. I would recommend it to others.

Personal opinion the beds was to soft for me ,but still good size.
