The large 54m2 room with spa. Plenty of room for an 8 night stay to spread out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The TV was replaced with another when the remote failed to work with the wall mounted TV. A heater was supplied when the aircon unit had a problem. The staff couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable.

People smoking outside where the smoke would come through the gap under the door. A very busy road when entering and leaving the motel.

It was good had what I was looking for and everything and it was just easy going around there I felt safe and secure also easy for transportation also.

The internet could be adjusted and maybe like the pool being able to be used that’s about it other than that it met good expectations

Very clean the owners were very Nothing was too much troubled Only one bad thing is they didn't have a microwave in their room

Get microwaves for the rooms so damn people have got more choice of bringing their own meals where it would be

How friendly and helpful the staff was and understanding about our housing situation ATM

Great location great eating places nearby

Updated bathroom but no soap holder or rack to put your toiletries on and a very tiny shower head Very hard to get warm quickly

Everything was alright at my stay No one was bothering me, very friendly customers staying at the motel & staff is very friendly too

Having to travel

We didn, t have breakfast, we used a local supermarket and used toaster and microwave which suited us.

I thought the rooms could have more power points and a bit better layout of furnishings could be considered

Comfortable bed, clean and tidy room, easy access. Easy parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Ample room, comfortable. Great for a overnight stay and close to Melbourne.

One bedside light didn't work, couple of downlights didn't work.

Fast and easy checkin. Looks like we were upgraded to a spa room at no cost which was a nice bonus. Bed was comfortable. Easy parking just outside the room.

Door safety latch was installed in a way which made the door stick when closing. This wasn't a serious issue and would be easy to rectify. A bit of traffic noise, but given proximity to a busy road it was no worse in this regard than would be expected at the price.
