Location,Location,Location it's situated in an amazing spot. You can walk everywhere and are so close to amazing restaurants and sights. Could not have had a better Location. You are literally 20 sec walk to the cathedral and the palace the other side. Busy street but you did not hear a thing in your room. The beds are very comfortable and the room was spotless and the staff each day at reception were lovely.

Being very picky here but we used the stairs up and down to our room on the 2nd floor and sometimes the light sensor was off, thought it could be a little dark on them and hard to see the steps at night.

Everything, from the staff to the room to location to cleanliness, was absolutely amazing. I really want to say thanks to the staff (reception, housecleaning, cafe) for being so welcoming and accommodating. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Our bedroom had everything that we needed and the bed was extremely large and comfortable. The included breakfast was so delicious - better than any hotel breakfast we've ever had. I cannot recommend Can Cirera enough.

No parking on the premises. We had to walk to the park de la mar parking garage (approx 5 min walk but very hot in Mallorcan summer heat) and paid 28 euros per night. However, this can be said for majority of hotels in central Palma, so it is not something that the hotel itself can fix. We wouldn't have preferred another hotel for this reason alone.

Fantastic location, next to cathedral, shops & restaurants. Staff are incredibly polite, friendly and accommodating, had one of the best welcomes by a lovely lady, who, when I mentioned I had a gluten allergy she recommended a lovely gluten free bakery 5 minutes away. Room was lovely, extremely clean, hotel is a lovely boutique hotel, with character and charm. My room was overlooking the street, which I found a joy to open the window in the morning, pop my head out and was greeted by the horse and carriage underneath my window. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are fed up of the big 100 room hotels, running for a sunbed type of place…. this hotel has charm, character, and staff who are incredibly helpful and polite and always greet you with a good morning/ afternoon/evening etc.. Típs.. 1: hotel is next door to a lovely ice cream shop which was voted No1 on Tripadvisor. 2: Come out of hotel go down the steps straight in front turn right and the main shops are there, Louis Vuitton, Zara, Max Mara, H&M etc.. 3: come out of hotel turn left and you can see across the bay all the lovely cruise ships. 4: you are literally in the heart of the old town, with its cobbled streets filled with an abundance of little independent boutique clothes shops. To conclude you will not be disappointed !

Super stylish hotel, sympathetically designed and furnished to the period of the property. The staff were amazingly helpful, offering restaurant recommendations and reservations without prompt. The location is incredible for the cathedral, marina, shopping and dining. We will almost certainly staff here again.

The historic nature of the property has plainly limited its development possibilities, so, other than a small coffee bar, there are no bar or restaurant facilities, though as we are out this really didn’t bother us.

My mom and I very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Can Cirera. The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the cathedral and in a beautiful historic neighbourhood. Many restaurants and shops are in walkable distance. Our room was very clean, minimalistic stylish and quiet. We had a spacious balcony which was perfect for a morning coffee/tea. The beds are also very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely nothing. The attention to detail, thoughtfulness from the perspective of a discerning traveler, the courtesy of the staff, the quality of everything from the linens on the bed to the hand rustic window fasteners. If you love attention to detail, appreciate craftsmanship and quality. this is your place. If you are like me and love personalized, attentive, sincere personnel, you like me, will have a new favorite hotel.

Fabulous staff and we really appreciated Mariana Asensi who upgraded our room as it was my birthday. The room had lovely views towards Ave Born, and was very comfortable. We loved the courtyard for lunch and breakfast. The hotel has been beautifully restored and is very tranquil. It's also in a great location. We loved our stsy. Thank you!

No milk for coffee in the room or box of tissues.

This is a true gem! I am so glad that I booked in this hotel. It is the most beautiful, quaint, historical place, right next to the cathedral. The staff is excellent and super kind, and the cherry on top was their bar/restaurant: the breakfast is amazing, and their smoothes and salads are truly the best. The location is really wonderful, the castle is also a stone's throw away as our the main shopping streets. The hotel (room booking) is slightly expensive though but for a night or two, it is truly not a bad deal, given the location, ambience, room, and politeness of the staff.

Since it is an old-build, you can hear through the floors/ceilings. We stayed on a ground floor (main courtyard) room, and could hear someone in the above room moving. Though as long as it is not too late at night and someone not partying, I think it is manageable.

Hotel Can Cirera is a paradise within old town! I celebrated my birthday there and it was the most beautiful property to be at. The staff were very helpful and helped us organise our entire trip, from food recommendations to boat tour bookings. The breakfast spread was so tasty (especially the warm croissants) and the coffee was amazing. Mari from reception was the best - we will definitely be back!

Central location in old town. Beautiful architecture and interiors. The staff were exceptionally warm, sincere and professional. The breakfast and service throughout were highlights of our trip. We have been to many boutique hotels across the world but this one stands out. We look forward to visiting again and using this hotel as our base to explore Mallorca again.
