I liked that my room was comfortable and quiet, it was cleen too and the breakfast was nice.

I specifically called the hotel earlier to ask them to separate the beds, it wasn't done when me and my mom arrived. When I asked the person in the reception about that he said he'll do it for us but he wasn't very friendly and while separating the beds he left the bed side table in the midlle of the room. Everyday after the room was cleaned the beds were back together. Also, I don't understand why we get a 2 bedroom while we paid for 3 bedroom. We stayed at the hotel for a week. There is in the room also that lovely lighting that is way too dark to read (probably no one reads any more do who cares).

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in! The location is perfect for exploring the city, its interior is lovely and stylish, the staff are so nice, and there are so many little touches that made our stay more enjoyable, like free drinking water in the room that's refilled daily. I also liked that they have à la carte breakfast in addition to the buffet (which is a great value) for when you just want something light to start the day.

The walls are pretty thin, so we could hear everything out in the hallway when people were coming in late at night.

Great location, very central to everything we needed and within walking distance of the beach. The hotel was very clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly and even booked us a taxi in advance for an early trip to the airport.

It is quite pricey but I think it’s a competitive cost with other hotels at a similar quality. I also think it’s just price you have to pay for a convenient and central location.

Clean and comfortable. Easy to walk on foot to most of the sights - we did not do too much as it was so very hot! The people on reception were all lovely.

The rooms were very small - hard to find room to store cases and no drawers anywhere. We were not offered a menu for breakfast. I believe you could have had omelette ?? No real service at breakfast and hard for you to cater for scrambled egg etc - danger is it looks congealed

An exceptionally clean and comfortable stay with a unique blend of modern and historical features. Centrally located with underground parking nearby. We loved the beautiful stone accent wall - which is made even better by the LED light strips that create a romantic atmosphere. The bathroom has a fun gem within: a door overlooking the inner part of the hotel! Don't worry though, it closes securely and is very private. Would 100% recommend and love to return for another visit.

Firstly, best part is the location. The staff were relaxed, friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel decor was really lovely and a surprise when you walked in as the outside is quite plain. The room was a little small but not bad for a city hotel and it was clean and nicely decorated. Lovely bathroom and great shower. Breakfast was good too.

Nothing I can think of. Not the hotels issue but to note that Ubers will drop off but often not pick up from this hotel. Taxis will come through, though.

Clean, bright and nicely decorated hotel on the outskirts of Palmas Old Town. Not too far from all the attractions and conveniently located for walking to the beach which is about 15 minutes walk away. The airport bus also stops close by, and there is a El Corte Ingles and several other nice shops in the vicinity, as well as some great restaurants. Our room had a nice bathroom, and an amazing terrace. We loved the common areas, with the cool cafe and the great little shop.

Bed was comfy but a bit too short for a tall male, and the room was a bit on the small side for two people with two big suitcases.

Generally we really like this hotel. It really is a traditional style, boutique hotel with a good vibe and a warm welcome. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable, and the bedding and towels were beautiful - top quality. The breakfast was excellent. A wide selection of lovely fruits and cereals and hot foods such as omlettes were available. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Based on location and quality, we would recommend and stay here again. However, depending on the type of trip, the bedroom size would be a consideration.

We were quite surprised it was smaller than we thought; it's a good central location, but we were concerned when we arrived as there are quite a few run down builldings and businesses nearby. The bedrooms are very small - we had 2 large suitcases with us and the room felt really tiny, especially the bathroom area.

Staff were so friendly and helpful - we had a late flight so it was great that we could stay downstairs and even shower after checking out. The room was lovely, good location and everything was super clean and well air conned (which was much needed!)

We loved everything, however it would have been nice if the room was a little bit bigger for what we paid for.

Very central. Friendly staff. Lovely decor and great lighting . Our room was Fantastic with a terrace where we could have a glass of wine. It would have been nice to have one of the coffees I had during the day (made by a member of staff) as opposed to that machine coffee at breakfast. A decent cup of coffee for me in the morning is a key part of breakfast. The toaster was a bit of a pain too - I burnt a couple of slices.

Although a lot to offer for breakfast, I didn’t particularly like it. The scrambled egg wasn’t good. However, it wasn’t a bad experience. I’d just prefer my coffee to be served even if I do need to do buffet style for the rest.
