Immaculate, very comfortable room and bed, and loved that HBO/MAX is free!

The mini fridge only stays ON for two hours or OFF for 8 hours so two of my leftover meals went to room temp. I addressed this with the very kind and perpetually helpful front office staff and they thought it was possible that all the fridges are now sporting this feature. If that is the case I will be less likely to return. Having warm beverages and spoiled food is unsafe or undesirable.

Spent one night passing through Lansing and this hotel was perfect. The location was right off the highway, so it was easy to access. There was a nearby shopping center with good selection of goods for our travels and an assortment of restaurants for people's choices. Even though we were near the highway, the room was quiet and cozy. Easy in and out to continue our journey.

Only that we spent one night, so we didn't really get to enjoy more of Lansing, Michigan.

Mr Willis who check us in was great! He was sooo busy with many people checking in all at once. But he was kind, patient and efficient. He was very welcoming & polite. He left a great first impression on us. Excellent continental breakfast!! Lots to choose from!! Young man serving was on his game and very nice & helpful!! All the housekeepers were friendly and very efficient. Rooms clean!! They let me borrow their vacuum to clean up after a birthday party.

Pool water was a little too cold to enjoy. Our grandkids still enjoyed it!!

Breakfast was not bad, the choices were good, limited items, with the batter for waffles empty.

Every waste bin was filled and overflowing, and when breakfast was not being served the waste bins were removed. So if we had trash to throw away there was no place to throw it away. We did ask and he showed us where, but it was overflowing and way too small to hold much. The outside trash was so full it was blowing all over the property. the main problem seemed to be not enough staff. The staff they had was good but not available at times.

Nice central location unfortunately I had a room away from the highway noise. The breakfast bar was great!

It would be nice to have a hot tub in addition to the pool! Also the air conditioning unit in my room didn't go below 65, which would've been nice since it was rainy and humid and it would've been nice to cool the room down a little extra.

The breakfast was ok for the most part, but I enjoy bread to make toast I did not see any bread at all. I also drink decaf or caffeine free tea which I also did seem to find. The eggs, sausage, oatmeal with all the extras was great. The room, bed and amenities were clean, quiet and adequate. Thank you, for all you do to keep the place looking and running so good.

The staff was so nice and accommodating and walking distance to stores and restaurants

The food for breakfast they had issues with getting food in and it made the breakfast pretty bad

So clean, especially the breakfast bar. The front desk staff were so helpful and sweet. Mr Willis made our evening with his stories and pics of us by the tree. Second time staying. Well managed hotel!

I put the same comment over and over. Not everyone eats pork and I just wish there would be chicken or turkey breakfast meat.

Everything was good. Our room was clean. Any interaction with the staff was good. Will definitely stay again when in the area for business or leisure. Loved the restaurants and shopping was so close.

The staff were all great and helpful. Staff made balloon animals for the kids and they loved it.

Our first room we found spider eggs, but they were quick to get us in another room and gave snacks for the kids.
