The extremely friendly and helpful staff, even allowing to keep my large luggage for free in storage after checking out. I had to extend my stay several time and they did their best to make sure I did not have to change rooms. Exceptional experience. Quiet place, close to everything you need, and the beautiful center in walking distance. I was on the 12th floor and the view was magnificent. Breakfast offers anything you might desire. Highly recommended.

Good classic hotel, excellent location - within walking distance of the railway and bus stations, comfortable, clean rooms - my room 505 had a bathroom, good wi-fi speed, nice staff, delicious breakfasts.

In room 505, where I was, it was impossible to use mobile communications, only wi-fi. There were a Polish and a Bosnian SIM card in my phone - for some reason both did not work there. The restaurant had delicious carbonara, but it would still be great if there were some other local specialties, as well as draft beer.But for me personally, these disadvantages are insignificant and I would stop here again when visiting Plovdiv 🙂

Location was excellent, availlable parking(we took the last spot), the room we picked was spacious with a great view to Plovdivs historic sights. Breakfast was tasty with a variety of options.

Some of the facilities were outdated and not workign as expected. Our room had a bathub but parts of it were broken, not attached securelly anymore and we couldn't make the bathub work from the console.

Very comfortable hotel with very spacious, well equiped rooms. Very friendly staff, very good breakfast, very good wifi and good range of tv channels. Excellent location with rail-and busstation as well as old city centre on walking distance. Big shopping mail across the road.

Perfectly located, 8 minute walk from Plovdiv train station. I was on the 8th floor (room 806), the views of the mountains were stunning. 10 minute walk from the Red Army monument, 10/15 minute walk from the Amphitheater.

The heating wouldn’t turn off so I had to sleep with the window open.

Very smiling, friendly and supportive staff. The room was big enough, with comfortable beds and enough comfortable pillows. The hotel is in the center of Plovdiv, within walking distance of the city garden. There is a shopping center next door that is open until 9pm and offers to buy anything you forgot to take with you.

I would recommend having a manual on how to use the air conditioning system. We set it to 18 degrees, but during the night the temperature had risen to 22 degrees. I'm sure everything is working correctly, but we didn't know what mode we had selected

Nice hotel at a pretty quiet place but near a mall and within a walking distance from the main train and bus stations and some of the main attractions. Small fridge and coffee kit in the room. Good breakfast.

There were cracks in the bathtub so water was leaking onto the floor. The fridge was disconnected from the outlet when I arrived - took me some time to notice this after I put some food there and then I had to move the table and the TV stand to connect it.

This was a last minute booking. The location of the hotel was very good, very near the centre. The room was large and the beds comfortable and clean. The breakfast was continental and good. Car parking with security was a must for us and was onsite.

The room was very hot and the air con did not work. When reception was informed we were told to open a window. Carpets were marked, stained. No toiletries in the room until we asked which were then delivered quickly.

The facilities were ideal for our needs, walking distance from the old town and the bus station, and the breakfast was good. Staff were helpful - especially with our inability to understand Bulgarian.

We would have loved a pool, even nearby, but all the other aspects of our stay surpassed our expectations
