The location was excellent and walking distance to all the highlights. Easy access from train station. Providence the host was very communicative and gave great instructions on how to get there and where to eat etc. Room was lovely and spacious and clean. Complementary champagne, juices and water. Our room in our opinion was 5 star. Would definitely recommend and will stay again. Thank you for a wonderful introduction to Palermo☺️

We booked this room for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon and it was perfect! The room was beautiful, clean and relaxing, we really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna! The host helped us coordinate a taxi to pick us up at the airport and also bring us to the train station when we were leaving. I would definitely recommend!

The hotel's amenities were good. I was particularly impressed by the modern shower, as well as the relaxing Jacuzzi, which made my stay enjoyable.We didn't use the sauna because of the extremely hot weather, but fortunately, we had a very good air conditioning system in our room. The location was also great, very central.There were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
There were many little things that were annoying. The hotel had no staff, and everything was managed through WhatsApp. While it's convenient, they should provide clear descriptions in multiple languages, not just Italian. The breakfast was disappointing, with only croissants, two donuts, and juice for four days, considering the hotel's price. The room had a small espresso machine with only two capsules. After discussing it with the hotel, we got breakfast at a neighboring hotel without any issues. The room had plenty of towels and cloths but lacked enough hooks. It seemed more suitable for a short weekend stay rather than a longer one. Additionally, the lock on the main door was changed without notifying us, requiring us to call the hotel each time, which was a bit bothersome.
