Friendly, professional staff. Lovely room and amenities. Close to the mall and grocery. Loved the breakfast and coffee/tea bar. The addition of free bikes made the stay even more interesting. Would recommend and return!

There were a few hiccups upon check-in but they were sorted out during the duration of stay. TV wasn't working upon check-in and for a few days after, but we were given an HDMI cable upon request by the supervisor on-duty to use until it was fixed (TV was eventually fixed). The hotel shuttle was not branded and didn't even have a sign on the dash with the hotel name; this was highly inconveniencing as we missed the shuttle on the first day because of this.

Just returned from a short trip to Dubai where my son is on placement. Chose this hotel as it was very close to his work at Jumeriah Golf Estates. This hotel is not very close to all the downtown Dubai attractions however they do provide a shuttle bus to take you to some locations. We hired a car so never used it. We could not fault the hotel, staff were polite and very helpful. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. I could of easily stayed longer. As the room had a kitchenette it was very handy and there is a Carrefort just across the Main Street. The hotel had a lot of professionals in it most who use the main dining hall as their place of work. All that said it did not detract from a lovely hotel. Next door in the Aloft there is a bar and they also offer food. All in all a great hotel and an ideal location if you are looking to go to the Golf estate. ( approximately 4-5 min drive)

Nothing really all I would say is under cover parking for the car would have been a bonus.

In standard room, high chair/stool is not very practical, would be much better with a normal height table and a normal seating height chair, especially for 10 days stay for business, where you need to work on a normal desk.

They went the extra mile, knowing it was my birthday during my stay, and decorated my room and provided a cake! This was a lovely gesture and was much appreciated. Room was well equipped and had everything I needed for my stay.

The freezer kept making a rattling noise during the night, and the room could have done with some more water, but only minor things.

The level of noise at night is a bit high. there is an opportunity to improve the breakfast (more options of bread and cakes)

I stayed in Element for 2 nights on a business trip and from check in to check out the experience was great. I want to appreciate Syed for his excellent customer service. The hotel has excellent amenities including all day tea and coffee, great pool etc. The lobby is great to meet and work. I would highly recommend Element.

Everything. We stayed one week and we enjoyed. Comfy beds, big and clean rooms, good breakfast and coffee machine available all day in the lobby. The area where the hotel it’s placed it’s very quiet, but also close to a city center with shops. I highly recommend to try yourself.

I like our room it was clean and all the things we need are there. We were able to cook our food. The bed was comfortable. Room was cozy. All kitchen utensils were available.

This is an excellent hotel aparment. Very spacious studio with all facilities. Very spacious lobby and also work areas. Very clean and well kept swimming pool in a relaxed set up. Very comfortable stay.

No complimentarty coffee facilites in the room. No lunch or dinner restaurant facilities.
