I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my experience. While the stay was generally acceptable, and I truly appreciated the warm and helpful attitude of your staff, as well as the delicious and varied breakfast, I unfortunately encountered an issue that left me quite disappointed.

After having to change rooms twice due to the noise from technical machinery in certain areas, I received a call from your reception manager. Instead of addressing the matter professionally, I was spoken to in a manner that felt threatening and impolite. he was in a managerial role responsible for ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction, I believe the approach should have been more respectful and aligned with the standards of service your hotel aspires to maintain. I kindly request that this feedback be taken seriously and that steps are taken to ensure such incidents do not occur again. Guests should always feel valued and respected during their stay

What we like the most is the location, the hotel place is accessible to everything like the mall, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant, etc....We also how the staff approach us during check-in, specially Ms. Lucy. She is very friendly and enthusiastic. We have a comfortable stay. Its worth in terms of the value.

There is one staff in the pool area, i was not able to get his name. He is not rude, he is also friendly but what we didn't like is giving instructions to us. We cannot just move to one place to other area of the pool because he doesn't want the floor to be wet, he will wipe it right away. Even how to use the towel, he will give a comment.

Everything was superb,,very friendly reception staff ♥️,from check in till check out time everything was smooth . Daily Housekeeping with proper cleaning , facilities and the location are the best , 5-7 min to metro,7 min to mall and many groceries and cafeterias around with affordable prices .Very Spacious room, Highly recommended for family with kids too.There are few bars in GF but there is no noise and it didn't bothered us .Tried 3 of them and I would say that Monkey bar was having the best cocktails, music and food too.Nice Shisha on the roof top, I recommend during sunrise or late evening in order to see the beautiful view of Burj Al Arab .The swimming pool area was very clean and very well maintained ,kids enjoyed . Will stay again. Thank you 💕

The only thing which I didn't like the we the wifi.Needs improvement,it's slow and sometimes the connection it's not coming in some areas of the room ,need to move and to search for the signal again and again.

I likeed the location most of all. Very close to he metro and has all supermarkets are close by

I didn't like the deposit and secondly that the hotel tried by all means to keep the deposit. It was very unprofessional and put me off coming back

Lady at checkout went out of the way to accommodate us to a bigger room. The room was exceptionally big, clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Hotel is located conveniently close to MOE and metro. Free parking is available. The hotel despite being an older building is very well kept and clean. Nice pool on the rooftop with city views.

Gym was abysmal with old machines, some of which were not working. Pool water was not warm. There is no business center to be used by the guests. I had a couple of online meetings that I had to take from my room.

I stayed for almost one month and found the hotel kinda quiet. The team were friendly, and it’s worth mentioning Raj Kumar’s thorough house keeping with high quality, From the bell team, Mohamed Shahadat was nice, and In the reception, I can remember Fatima who was really professional and her fast action to solve any problem I faced. April was such nice receptionist as well.

I didn’t like the internet speed in the hotel which was just basic speed not high-speed !

The hotel and the room was clean, with good wi-fi. The breakfast was very good and you have many option to choose. The personal was nice and friendly. They have also special place to let the luggage in case you have late flight in the last day. Metro station is only 5 minutes walking.

The location is 15 minutes by car or taxi from Burj Kalifa. Near the hotel are some restaurants, but not too many things to do. The design and furniture or the room is basic, not luxury.

Loved the spacious room very family friendly. The pool is beautiful and the staff at reception, cleaning and security have been outstanding. Very helpful with transport and making us feel welcome at any time of the day.

Light switch on headboard as it was accidentally turned on whilst sleeping a few times. Would be great to have a smart tv connection to youtube. Also room needed a lamp other than the one next to bed.

Room aircon wasn't working properly Rooms just need a slight revamp / renovation as it is abit old fashion The Bar / Pub downstairs , very noisy - we stayed on the first floor hence had trouble sleeping as the music was too loud
