Love the location of the hotel, super convenient as it's at the JR station and there are two big malls adjoining. This is our 2nd time there. The breakfast at hotel is superb. The first time we didn't book the breakfast considering there are many eateries just next to hotel. This round we decided to try the breakfast, we were spoilt by the wide selection. Love the croffle, it's the yummiest we ever had. The onsen is not free, need to pay some money (can't remember how much) but it's totally value for money. The onsen is well equipped with Dyson hair dryer, blood pressure monitor machine etc. Love the room toiletries too, which they provide Mikimoto body lotion.

Nothing. We love everything of this hotel.

Your concierge is excellent, Ms Harada, who spoke very good English, and organised taxi tours for us. She worked very hard to make sure it was what we wanted. Please thank her. The hotel is very convenient for trains, and we will use it again if we return to Sapporo. The staff in your restaurants were very helpful and made us feel very welcome.

Location was excellent. The train to and from the airport was right there and the underground mall was an escalator away. The breakfast was great with fabulous views. The bar at night had exceptional views as well. Staff was wonderful as well.

The hotel location is excellent for Sapporo. Centrally located, adjacent to the JR train station and walking distance from many attractions (Odori park, etc). The staff is very professional and helpful. The hotel is clean and the facilities are of good standard. The rooms are well equipped. We were given high floor executive rooms, with spectacular views over the city and the surrounding mountains.

The hotel does not have a gym facility. The rooms are quite small in size - something which is quite common for Japanese business hotels, though. The room price is quite high, probably because during the skiing high season.

The best location! Right off the Sapporo Station stop, and a short walk to the entrance of the hotel. It was so easy and convenient to get to the station the next morning to catch our flight from CTS to HND. The staff were extra friendly and service was top notch. The breakfast was also very good. We opted for the western buffet (due to my husband) but they also had several Japanese options. There are several shopping malls at the lower levels that are all connected through the station which was really convenient to grab snacks and lunch and dinner. It was overall a very comfortable stay and had great views of the city.

We couldn’t turn down the AC lower than 20C. We run hot blooded so it was a bit warm to our liking.

Location is unbeatable. Connected to the JR Sapporo station and surrounded by shops and food options. Perfect for families traveling with kids and luggage late at night so you don't need to drag it through the snow outside.

Rooms were comfortable but very small and doorway was so so narrow. It was very difficult getting in and out with big jackets and luggage. Staff who checked us in spoke fluent English which was great but lacked warmth and that personal touch especially given it was Xmas and we arrived late at night with kids. Very transactional approach and no smile

The views over Sapporo are stunning from every room in this hotel, whether it be from the bar, the breakfast lounge or indeed the bedrooms. Staff were exceptional - nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to remember our interests and plans, adding a personal touch to the service. As we were staying for several nights we opted to have the traditional Japanese breakfast, served in the Sky Restaurant, for one of our breakfasts. Staff were attentive in explaining every aspect of the meal and how the food was prepared. The location of the hotel in the tower over the station suited our transport plans in being conveniently close to both train and the hire car office that we used.

Still top 1 hotel for me in Sapporo, maybe the only one without walking outside in the heavy snow, and it has Onsen.

Reception on check in was unclear we should have breakfast included for 2 adults and 1 child, he asked us to pay for the kid’s breakfast, after showing the reservation confirmation, he reluctantly to give the child breakfast for free, but he mentioned what we can only go to buffet restaurant for breakfast, as child’s breakfast is a bit cheap than adult in Japanese restaurant! So cheap for a 5 star hotel and we have been staying every year here! No repeated guests’ benefits nor at welcoming, not pay attention to that we have child’s birthday during the stay, we have to ask, and then they give a toy bear from hotel. No wow at all. Service so so for a 5 star hotel, seems the Japanese staffs only are polite to foreign guests or Japanese guests!

Perfect location in good balance of convenience and privacy. Direct connection to Stellar Place and underground link within walking distance to well known development stores as well as underground shopping streets to key tourist spots and hang out areas. Reasonable sized room with good view of the overall city. Modern facilities. Wide range of food selections in breakfast with overall city views. Bath tub with Japanese styled shower area. Staffs are pleasant and helpful.

Would be great if it can have a gym or fitness facilities.

Location was excellent, just above the JR Sapporo station which is convenient for those taking the JR train from the Chitose airport and to walk through the underground shopping mall through to Otaru and Susukino. Hotel is also a pickup location for the Niseko bus transfer so that was great for us who were headed to Niseko. International Breakfast spread was excellent as well coupled with the wonderful view of Sapporo, kids enjoyed the croffles and the ikura rice bowls! Staff were also very helpful and polite and room size is decent.

Hotel is slightly pricey and while the hotel doesn’t charge for children below 12, breakfast is an additional charge for children above 6. Would have been good to have a triple bed/sofa bed option as it was a slight squeeze on a super single for one adult and one child .
