Fantastic location not far from Wembley Stadium. Very beautiful room and clean and modern with nice decor. Breakfast very delicious with a small variety of options to choose from. Staff are exceptionally nice and very helpful, especially the night receptionist guy Alexander. Parking available, a bit of a tight squeeze to get a space but easy enough to get in and out. Very pleasant stay. Room was comfortable, has all the amenities, kettle/mini fridge and bathroom has mini essentials inside. Very happy with my recent stay here and will definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

No major negatives, parking a slight tight squeeze but not a huge issue, being a skilled driver helps.

The Hide is a nicely decorated, clean modern boutique hotel. Staff were lovely. Room was small but very clean, comfy bed too and well presented with a nice bathroom and lots of teas coffees biscuits and hot chocolate. Lovely complimentary toiletries also. All round a comfy welcoming room. Fantastic buffet breakfast in a great wee dining area. We had pizza in the evening too which was good and much needed as we didnt want to venture back out to eat.. Air conditioned rooms which was most welcome in a heatwave.

We were positioned at the front of the hotel. The road outside is a dual carriageway and the traffic is constant and noisy. I had earplugs so that wasn't too much of a problem. We were going to a gig in Wembley area on a Friday night. Proved impossible to get an Uber so had to take the No 83 bus. This is not a pleasant journey. Long hot and very overcrowded but it is probably the only other way to get there without taking several train connections (I think). Maybe more taxis available if your not giging at the weekend, wouldn't be rushing back to get on that bus though but I suppose needs must!

Yes, the location is ideal - close to the tube station, major highways, close to north east and west parts of London, the hotel is small and cozy, and the rooms are clean. For us it was Elknor and Anarjeet who made the stay very special with their warm, friendly, courteous, and welcoming service with a smile. Elknor runs the front desk, the kitchen, and the breakfast service - always with a smile And ready willingness to go above and beyond to make the stay very special. Word of wise to the hotel management … you ought to be very fortunate to have two such people running your hotel. Make sure to pay them very well!

There was not anything not to like!

The room was very clean, and since I’m quite particular about pillow and duvet covers, I really appreciated that. Some hotels don’t change the covers properly, and you can sometimes smell the previous guests. But the pillow covers here were spotless, and the duvet was clean and cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a very enjoyable night’s stay. I also want to highlight how clean the kettle was, which impressed me because limescale is usually a big issue in the UK. They provided a good selection of drinks, including mineral water, coffee, tea, herbal tea, and hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was from a quality brand, not a cheap one, and I really enjoyed it. Another nice touch was the slippers they provided, which is always a plus. Before checking in here, I stayed at the Ramada hotel where I booked a double room but they only provided one cheap, stained cup. I would highly recommend this hotel over that experience.

The room I stayed in had the bed placed behind a window, It's not a major issue, but the room is spacious enough that the bed could have been placed against a solid wall instead. Also, there is no light near the coffee table area, but again, none of these are big problems.

A Return visit. The staff were friendly and super helpful making you feel a valued guest. The room was spotlessly clean. Toiletries provided of high quality. Whilst there is no 'cooked' breakfast option available the continental breakfast offering is comprehensive and of excellent quality. Evening meal options are limited but again the offering is high quality. I have booked for my next trip already.

If I was being really picky there was a lack of full length well lit mirror in the room. Given it was an executive room the provision of a capsule type coffee machine would be welcome rather than 'instant' 'coffee' which I personally find undrinkable. Finally there is a well enough stocked bar downstairs apart from the absence of 'grown up' alcohol free options. Could really do with an alcohol free beer or gin as a choice for the non drinker.

From walking through the door, the welcome from Ilknur on reception was warm, friendly and almost like welcoming back a friend. The courtesy of being offered a complimentary breakfast as this was my first stay there and they had a spare slot in the morning was hugely appreciated and unexpected. Due to the work i was doing, I was in and out during the evening and into the night, and access wasn't an issue and there was always someone on hand if anything was needed. The room was spacious, well appointed, clean and felt very well maintained. The TV could do with being a little larger (poor eyesight without glasses doesn't help, and this is quite an unimportant point really). Next morning going to breakfast, I was AMAZED!!! half expecting the usual continental breakfast attempt of a few half dry bakery items and supermarket meats just left open, as is the normal with the bigger hotels (we all know who), Arlene is their secret weapon! The breakfast buffet of largely freshly prepared goods was spectacular, creative and really made a great start to the day, if I had to offer any criticism on the breakfast, the only thing that let Arlene down was having cheap, thin bread to do toast. I get why completely, it's for toast at the end of the day, but in comparison to everything else which, as the photos, was exceptional to look at an eat. This is a hidden gem in a very accessible part of town that allows easy access to Central London, with onsite parking too, I'll be using this place every time I work away in London.

Don't have anything I didn't like

Nice to be able to park off the dual carriageway The Hendon Way without going anywhere different to park. The hotel has it's own small car park and luckily it wasn't overbooked when I stayed. The whole atmosphere's stylish and trendy. The receptionist is available and friendly. The room was ideal in terms of comfortable bed, openable window, large wardrobe, desk with interesting white leather ergonomic chair that you can lean back in, nice shower and good TV channels.

The water in the taps takes a while to come out hot. There's no heated towel rail and no lift.

The place feels really good and nice, especially for its price and location. It's a distant neighborhood but very close to the Tube and on a main road so it's easily accessible. The road is quite busy but my room was facing the backyard - and I didn't hear any street noise. You can adjust heating in the room as you like so cold weather is no problem. The breakfast is very good. I think i didn't feel like eating again until late. As for additional services like transfer etc, I didn't use any, so can't comment here. Last but not least, the hotel staff is very nice, thank you all.

Personally I didn't notice any issues that would upset me.

Really comfortable bed and pillows, had a great night sleep. Shower was fantastic too. Complimentary luxury toiletries, free parking, great location only a couple of mins walk to the tube so super handy for getting into central London. Definitely had a luxurious feel, and met our expectations, would stay again in the future.

Being picky / things which I would improve - Tea / coffee facilities in room were standard sachets and kettle, would have been a nice touch to have a nespresso or other coffee machine for a luxurious hotel that it was. Person who checked me in was not very friendly, however the person the next day was super friendly and absolutely lovely. Breakfast options could have had hot options, loads of great cold options though and barista coffee made to order. Lighting in the main bedroom was poor, so difficult to get ready, had to use the bathroom but no space on the side to put anything. However none of this would put me off booking again, we really liked it.

I loved absolutely everything about the Hide Hotel, I am disabled and wanted a room with a walk in shower. I called the hotel and it was reserved for me as was a parking place, thanks to Hannah who met me on my arrival. Hannah insisted on carrying my bag. After registering, Hannah showed me to my room, WOW, more than I expected, beautifully decorated and comfortable armchairs, a table and chair, in the wardrobe a mini fridge with milk and water, a kettle with tea, coffee and biscuits, Slippers and an hairdryer. The Bathroom is very modern and the walkin shower was wonderfully powerful. Breakfast was also perfect, a full Continental. I wanted an hotel that I could stay at as a base when visiting friends and family in London. Where I can shop at Brent Cross or the West End. I have very good hearing and I was surprised how good the sound proofing is the double glazing stopped the noise of the traffic on the Hendon Way and to be honest I only heard the odd Syren from an Ambulance. I highly recommend The Hide Hotel and look forward to many stays.

There wasn't anything that I could say that I didn't like.
