We loved the service, staff, location, breakfast and everything. The best hotel in my 20 year travel history. We had a suite on 5th floor with 2 bed-rooms and a living room. It was perfect flat for a family with 3 children. The best was the electric car charging facility, We enjoyed everything in there, it was sadly a short stay but we loved everything. Literally the best hotel I have been within this range of price.

Nice and modern hotel. Staff was very much helpfull and professional making check in and check out very fast. Room was according to what has been booked and was very spacious. Especially I liked the presence of small sofa. Room lightening was good. Lightening in bathroom was just fair but still OK. Parking for car was just perfect.

Hardly to find anything. Wi-Fi connection in my room was noit completely OK as half of the room was principally without signal coverage. Breakfast the first day only ala cart but not considerred as critical realizing thet there was maybe less guests . The next day the breakfast was offering bufet offering wider selection. The location of the hotel is maybe not the best one (next to petrol station, and area not so nicely maintained) but for business stay just OK.

Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in my journeys. Everything was perfect, from the welcome until the goodbye. Clean rooms, nice beds, rich breakfast, quiet. We arrived with our cars, find places on the ground parking area with no extra charge. If I ever return in Plovdiv in the future, I would stay there again with pleasure and without any second thought.

The hotel is not at the city center or near enough to it. We had our car so that was not problem for us, but without it, public transportation or a taxi is needed. I don't mention it as a problem, but as a fact.

I loved everything. This was my first time staying there and the staff from the moment I arrived were exemplary. Nothing was too much for them and collectively they represented their hotel as United team. They all spoke many languages and were generally so helpful and so fun to interact with. My room was extraordinarily large. It was absolutely spotless and one of the best night sleep I’ve had in any hotel and my many stays around the world. I have uploaded some pictures just for you to see the quality that was provided within my room.

The gym was a little small but doable and that should not distract from how wonderful this hotel is. I am definitely coming back to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is spotless, the staff is friendly and competent (a rare find). Great value for money. I'm impressed that in the breakfast buffet there was vegan milk. :) It's great that you thought about that. I loved that they told upfront about a construction happening on the street they're located at. We were able to get around with their sent instructions.

I'm taking 2 points of my overall score, because on the second night there was a party/celebration in the restaurant and we couldn't sleep from the loud music, despite being accomodated on the 4th floor. I don't want to imagine what it was on the 2nd floor. Having loud music until 22h is fine, but after that it's a complete terror to guests that want to rest. To the hotel manager - if you host parties/celebrations, please consider the guests in the hotel and how will they be able to rest.

Staff, attention to detail. Warm and welcoming. Absolutely amazing place to stay.

Parking spaces are extremely small. They really need to amend this to make this a faultless hotel.

Everything was OK

The hotel is very nice. We stayed in an appartment, which was 4 room + kitchen. It was in good condition, comfortable beds, small but equipped kitchen, very nicely and UX designed

The only thing about the hotel, though I knew this upfront and I don't count it as negative is the location. It's like 40 mins walking distance from city downtown and behind and nearby (300m) is a small gipsy neighbourhood. No issues though, It was actually interesting to walk around. I was feeling safe.

Very nice, clean, specious, comfortable room. Quite. Free parking in the street in front of the hotel.

Garage fee is charged extra, even though while booking it said it was free. I did a search for a dog friendly hotel, there was no mention of extra fee for a pet on booking.com or hotel’s site or when we came to the hotel. But by check out 20€ (40 leva) were charged extra in the hotel for the dog which I find ridiculously too much. Pity it was not clearly stated in advance ( I would definitely not book my accommodation in this hotel)

The hotel is lovely and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are polite and always greeting you with a smile. They recognised my status and offered me a really nice fruit platter and a bottle of rosé.

The hotel is a bit too far from the CBD (a 40-minute walk from Trimontiun). It was also disappointing to be told that they’ve recently started to charge for the underground carpark, considering that their own website advises: “Free over ground and underground parking with 24/7 video surveillance”. So, I was asked to either pay (I didn’t ask how much), or park outside.
