Room had great view over the Lagan, outside patio by bar great addition for Belfast, liked it !! I liked the location, short walk to the town centre. Reccomend the Fish & Chips in the hotel restaurant, tempura batter great! We also had walk around Clarendon dock side and across river to Titanic quarter for meal at the Wolff Grill. If you book room only, reccomend nearby The National restaurant for breakfast.

Unfortunately had an amusing but surprising experience with one front desk receptionist who after I spoke for few moments said "sorry I didn't understand a word you said" hospitality coaching might not go a miss.

it was very modern , very clean and the receptionist we got on arrival was just lovely and very welcoming

the fire alarms went off twice in the night , one at 00.43 and the other at 06.20, which forced us to evacuate our room , with two young children with us it was a scary experience for them, as well as other children staying there that we witnessed, false alarms but still very unnerving, no apology at the time , just told it was false alarm and to go back to our rooms.

The breakfast was really good, with a variety of options and the staff's superb mobility in serving their customers' demands at all times. The rooms are always incredibly clean and decent. Everything in the hotel appears to be brand new, including the food, bedsheets, curtains, towels, soaps, tea, coffee, and so on. I can go on and on like this forever. It feels like more like a small heaven to me. I'm only trying to tell you that the hotel is just so amazing beyond my liking, from the manager to the room cleaners, you can't distinguish who is who. The gorgeous grins of welcoming visitors as you enter the hotel, combined with the professionalism they demonstrated, is beyond my imagination. I admire everyone and everything beyond my expectations.

I didn't see anything that is wrong in my honest opinion, that's just the simple truth.

Beautiful, clean, well-appointed room. Great views of the Lagan and the city. Quiet. Great layout. Sumptuously comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Great location. Thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation. Will definitely stay again.

Food was disappointing in the adjoining restaurant. We had dinner. It was mediocre, and the vegetarian option consisted of a seared half cauliflower with a piece of charred lettuce. 😔 Again, there was a lack of vegetarian options for breakfast, so we had to check out a little earlier than we'd planned and went to Cypress Avenue for breakfast. The difference: vegetarian sausages, veggie pattie, and halloumi on the 'vegetarian breakfast option - all for £11

The hotel is set on a waterfront location overlooking the river laggan, the reception staff were friendly and welcoming, when we arrived our room wasn't quite ready so we were given a complimentary drink at the bar. Our room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was temperature controlled. The bathroom was a good size with a good shower. There was also tea and coffee selection to use. The restaurant was spacious and very clean and the restaurant staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The food selection was variable with good prices and even though the restaurant was busy we didn't have long to wait for our food. There is a lovely terraced area where you can sit out on and enjoy a drink or food or both while taking in the view of the river and watch boats go up and down. We were there for my son's 40th birthday and the restaurant manager Susan surprised my son with a birthday treat, a lovely slice of chocolate cake with the words happy 40th birthday written in cream, needless to say my son enjoyed it very much!!! The whole experience of the AC Marriott hotel was one which I will hope to experience again very soon.

Nothing, everything was excellent.

Great location for the SSE arena. Very clean. Modern. Nice. Lovely bathroom supplies. Great shower. Nice and quiet in the room.

The room has no windows that open, it was too hot and the air con was noisy. I just don't like air con. The coffee supplies were mean. 4 small sachets of Nescafe instant and you need two in a cup so we had one cup each, and not enough milk. No shops nearby were open on Sunday so we had to taxi to a supermarket and back to get a few bits...The queue to check in was very long. The restaurant staff were really good. Lovely table. But my dinner was stone cold and came back stone cold again. Not warm, but really cold. So our dinner together was spoiled. By the time I got mine my friend had finished hers. They gave me a free small wine and my dish was then free..Lovely service and staff but the kitchen let them down.

Very central location, perfect for a short walk to the Titanic Experience and into the city centre. Public parking was very close by, only a couple of minutes walk away and at a half-price reduced rate. Very professional staff. Modern, very clean and comfortable room and bathroom facilities. The breakfast room was really modern and bright and had great views over the river.

The breakfast options were limited, which was a little disappointing as we really enjoyed everything else about the hotel. A wider range of fresh juices, cereals and fresh fruit would have been appreciated. On one of the mornings, the only juice options included watered-down orange juice and apple juice. If you like a fry, the breakfast would probably have been fine.

We had a breakfast at an additional cost of £15 per person. And we thought it was worth every penny. The coffee was great, selection was fantastic and was basically the same cost as an all you can get breakfast we go to locally but, this was an exception quality. I suggested to staff on the app it was my Partners Birthday and we would like a view of the city and they even sent a welcome gift for her.

Our windows in the room were in desperate need of a clean on the outside, it was a shame, but probably due to the winter, weather, and city air it probably needs cleaning more often then in summer.

Good location Lovely staff Clean comfortable rooms

Sadly my companion is gluten intolerant. There was no gluten free bread available for the soup. For dinner we were assured the main course would be gluten free as there would be no gnocchi in the dish. It came with the gnocchi and had to go back. The meal appeared a few minutes later not cooked through, the lamb and vegetables were almost raw. . We did not have to pay for it but my companion did not have enough food to choose from or eat. There were just not enough gluten free options .

location was superb for walking access to the City Centre and to the Titanic Quarter

The room was oddly bleak. The bed didn't seem that comfortable, the lighting wasn't intuitive to control, if there was shaver socket in the bathroom I didn't find it and I would expect something more than basic instant coffee in the rooms - if budget Japanese hotels can have proper coffee makers it shouldn't be beyond the scope of Marriott especially at the price. And the windows could do with a wash.
