Great location - across the street from Piazzale Roma bus terminal, so there's no need to drag your luggage over steps or bridges once you get off the bus from the airport. The contemporary interior of the hotel looks new, is clean, quiet, and beautiful with attentive staff. Great breakfast. The bathroom is beautiful and clean.

The wall between the bathroom and the bedroom is beautiful frosted glass panel. However, if you get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, you could wake up your partner sleeping in the bedroom as the glass will let the light come through the bedroom.

Pre-cruise stay where access to the "People Mover" to the embarkation port was great. Not having to port luggage all around Venice was great. Walk from the airport bus to hotel, walk to people mover with luggage was easy. Great hotel, great breakfast too.

The location is ideal being at the beginning of Venice with only a 15 min drive from the Marco Polo Airport. The hotel is located a short walk, maybe a block or 2 to water taxis on the Grand Canal, & the tram. We found great restaurants nearby. Walking from our hotel to St. Marks Square was very doable even for us seniors. The hotel is also walking distance to the Jewish Getto and many other sites.

The rooms were very clean, quiet, and location was perfect!!! This hotel does not have room service however we were very graciously accommodated. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating…loved the service!

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

The convenience of the location was excellent. It takes an automobile to get to the hotel but to enjoy Venice you have to travel by boat. The hotel is located at Roma Square, which is the end of the road for vehicles. It is also only a 5 minute walk to the water bus to take into various locations in Venice. The hospitality of the staff was great as well.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as we would've liked.

Great location (Piazzale Roma), you don't need to worry about how to get to the hotel from the airport, how to find the hotel, how to get to the center, etc because everything is just a few minutes' walk distance away and easy to find (airport per bus, directly at the hotel). You can ask everyone in the city about Piazzale Roma and they show you the way. The staff is very very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very good, modern and on the right level. If you don't like the 'museum' environment like in many hotels in Venice, you will like it there. There is all you can need in the rooms: a hairdryer, things to cook coffee or tea, shower gel, and similar. Also a safe.

The things I didn't like: 1) way too small rooms. Difficult for 2 adults to manage. 2) the beds, which were too soft for me, additional with soft cover on top and on all that you sleep. But it is only my opinion, if someone likes to sleep like a princess on a pea, will be happy.

Location of this Hotel was good, quite close to the station and service well by the Vaporetto near Piazza Roma. The hotel reception staff were really great in assisting me with a relentless luggage issue (with DHL Italy) and I could not have achieved a solution without their assistance so I would really like to thank them for this.

Nothing to do with the Hotel and I can not stress that enough!! But please be aware, as with any other tourist locations, of pickpocketing. We nearly had this happen late in the evening near Piazza Roma

The excellent staff, especially Sherban at the lounge bar and Ms Zlata at reception. They were ever so helpful.

The rooms were on the small side, although the layout helped to maximise all usable space.

Location was good, didn’t have to drag cases around when we arrived. Room was a bit small for the price we paid. Would have been good to have an egg scrambled or fried without extra charge. We used taxi from Marco Polo which cost €40 on way there. Hotel quoted €60 for return. We got taxi outside hotel for €40 for return. Staff said €60 was the standard rate.

Staff more up to date on what taxis charge. Breakfast could have been better.
