I loved the beds and all the features of the room. The restaurant is superb so is the stuff. What made me feel uncomfortable is that having a room with a balcony is that I could hear the people next door caughing and breathing and also there is no actual separate balcony which I find very unsafe. The people next door can walk up to my window and balcony door. I am finding this very unsafe practice both for the hotel and the guests.I strongly recommend that you fix this issue of noice as you cannot relax in the room as there are apparent just common doors separating the rooms, so it becomes noisy and not private as well as unsafe with the balconies. The restaurant and location are great but also please note no lobby to sit and relax. I am finding that it is expensive for the reasons I mentioned. I visit Athens quite often and would feel good to stay again if only the balcony situation changes and the noise rwduction. The other option of not having a balcony is a room which nice, quiet and private but with a tiny window. Again it was a nice experience and I thought I would be honest what made me feel a bit unsafe. This is one of the those places where they know you by name. The hotel is very well kept and looks fairly new. The staff is incredible, very friendly, professional, and always ready to fulfill any of your needs. They have the most incredible food in their restaurant. Everything is superb. Their seafood is out of this world. All your essentials and more are ready for you in the hotel room when you arrive. This place is really special and definitely worth paying extra for. And did they mention the six pillows waiting for you on the bed with the pillow guide? Truly amazing. The location is also fantastic and close to the most busy areas, and it feels safe around the hotel even for a solo female.

The breakfast was not so good - We arrived on 7 am and requested to be served ASAP, since our taxi was scheduled on 7:30. The food (beside a quick coffee) was served on 7:20. too short. The overall cost of the hotel is much too high. A very similar hotel in Zurich - comparing all categories is substantially cheaper (260-280 Euro less. Zurich is the third most expensive city in the world. We ordered the hotel too late, and this is why we accepted the price. I think that next time, we will have enough time to find a good hotel with a reasonable cost.

Great location and the hotel feels quite new. It’s close to the shopping areas with a hop on hop off bus station right outside the hotel. The staff were all lovely and great to work with.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Although substantial - fruit, cheese, yogurt and eggs. It is a standard set breakfast everyday with the only choice of how you want eggs prepared. Gym does not comfortably accommodate more than 2 guests at a time.

The hotel is definitely top notch and highly rated (5*). My wife and I loved our room w/ balcony patio on top level (ideal for coffee in morning - relax in sun reading a book = beautiful patio) The Bed was so comfortable I sleep all day (one day). Exceptional staff from front door serviceman to concierge service desk (everyone treated us w/ love and respect) - breakfast every morning - perfect!! ) Our location was in the prime area of shopping upscale & other major hotels (5*) or walk over to to flea market area (15 min walk) (tons of shops from linens clothes, shoes, bags, jewerly, food), etc. You could eat local or upscale - variety of choices. Excellent location for coffee due to various shop and relaxing with locals and tourist. You can not go wrong with this hotel if you appreciate excellent service. We'll definitely be staying their again on our next trip to Athens.

I agree with the other reviews, one minor inconvenience was the noise from nearby pubs during the night. However, this is typical for hotels situated in the city center, Athens is a noisy city.

Breakfast was a bit basic but okay. We happened to be in Athens on a national holiday and all the streets were closed. Staff helped us with a taxi to the airport. Taxi driver walked all the way to the hotel to get us. All was organised like it was just the most normal thing in the world. We appreciated this a lot.

For what it was, the rooms were rather basic, nothing special. Water in the shower didn't drain (this is a problem in many athens hotels) the room was expensive. There are many options in Athens that are just as nice or nicer for a lot less money.

Breakfast is very delicious. The chef's skills are unmistakable. He has great taste in all his dishes. The level of housekeeping is very high. It creates a perfectly clean environment. The man at the bell desk (Alonge) is extremely sociable and intelligent and is always very quick to suggest solutions that match the guests' wishes. Communication with him is the great value of staying at this hotel.

It was very noisy from the room next door until late at night. Since it was the off-season, I assumed it would not be fully booked, so I wondered if it would be possible to allocate a room to avoid the one next to it.

the staff was unbelievably friendly and caring. Location was excellent. overall : a great experience for me. I will surely come back anytime I am in Athens.

hard to say, but, in my honest opinion, breakfast, although satisfying, I found it a bit poor for such a nice property especially the restaurant is one of the best in town for lunch and dinner. charging extra for vegetables in the omlette is really not necessary.

Beautiful hotel, the room was spacious with beautiful design. The bed and pillows were VERY comfortable and the location was perfect, getting to any point of interest with up to 5-20 minutes walk. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very nice.

We liked everything, if I'm being a bit picky, the water pressure with the shower tap could be better.
