Great location for where we were going and the room was bigger than expected. Lovely customer service as reception called to provide me with our room number and door unlock code, since I was going to arrive after reception was closed. Got into the room no problems. Room was clean, tidy and provided everything we needed for a one night stay. Onsite cafe serving breakfast was convenient.

Breakfast serve was probably a little small for the price, but breakfast was tasty. Bathroom was on the small side, but not the end of the world. Shower was open to the rest of the bathroom, which made the floor pretty wet in front of the basin, but am really just nitpicking now. It was a good and pleasant stay.

Staff were very friendly on arrival. Parking was right out the front of the room. Room size was standard. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a good size and clean. Nice little extras like 2 bars of soap as well as shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Love that 2 face washers were offered instead of the usual 1. Towels were nice. The different options for tea and coffee were appreciated especially the option for sweetener.

The service from the staff was exceptional. We had a few minor issues with our room the first night, and without hesitation, they put us in a new room so they could amend the issues without impacting our stay. The staff were very helpful and polite and the room and amenities met all of our needs.

Our first room had a small sky light, that was very effective during the day however, the light it provided had us awake pretty early.

While the room was so clean and lively renovated bathroom. Found getting up the right hand side of the bed squishy and no bed side table. The bed could have been located a little bit to the left.

Room 5 needs some power points near the bed head to plug in Devices needed for sleeping had to trail the lead across the bedroom and avoid it at night, which is not ideal. More supportive pillows but this seems common in a hotel.

Very comfortable beds we had a family room At the back of the property it was nice and quiet

Bathroom was small shower had a curtain which made the water spill out in front of the vanity and toilet and our air conditioning wasnt great it was a very hot day and it was barely cooling the room

The room was spotless & well appointed. Good information is provided within the room regarding the services available on the site & in the local area. The bed was very comfortable. Car parking was convenient.

Another pillow each, on the bed, would give options for those accustomed to a higher sleeping position. Similarly for chairs, there was only one chair provided which means at least one person needs to sit on the bed as the television is at the foot of the bed. The fact that the room is compact may be the reason for only one chair but perhaps a folding chair would provide an option.

I'd picked this motel as it had a cafe and restaurant advertised. When we got there we found that they were closed over Christmas, which was not mentioned anywhere on the website or when booking. An inconvenience only, as we found other places open.

We were able to get an early check-in, much appreciated being a very hot day and having multiple medical appointments, staff were wonderful,enjoyed dinner in the restaurant ,overall a great stay,would recommend if staying in Maitland

Great value for money. Our room was clean. The beds were comfy. Lovely small lounge bar area for drinks. Great dinner in the restaurant. We had a quiet room. The staff were very friendly we would stay again.

A minor thing really. The complex is on a busy road but our rooms were towards the back so this wasn't an issue for us.
