I stayed at this apartment for a week with my 9-year-old daughter, and it was absolutely perfect. The location was amazing – just a short walk to the two best beaches in the zone, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, shops. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. The apartment was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked well, both window and balcony entrance had moskito nets and morning/evening breeze was enough to cool the apartment. wifi was fast, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. There was even a little balcony where we could sit and enjoy our drinks. It was perfect for traveling with a child – quiet at night, with a fully-equipped kitchen to prepare meals or snacks. We loved how close it was to the beach The host was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy, and he gave us great tips along the way. They even left a small welcome gift, wine, water, fruits, which made us feel really special. We had the best time and made wonderful memories. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with kids. We already booked a return for august, and would definitely stay here again years to come!

I stayed in a deluxe studio with sea view. There was everything for comfortable living. Changing of bed linen, towels and cleaning was carried out regularly (every 3-4 days) and efficiently. Location is great, close to everything: few good beaches, restorans, supermarkets, bus stops. However the apartment hotel is protected from traffic noise. You can sleep peacefully at nights. Public busses run regularly and there is time table at the bus stops. Spyros is very hospitable person. Thank you for bottle of Cyprus wine upon arrival! He took care about customer from the very beginning: asked questions that were essential and gave advices. He replied quickly to my questions.

I liked everything

Excellent choise for a stay in a spacious appartement with a private feel. Location is as good as neighbouring large resorts with direct access to a very nice family friendly white sand beach. A few minutes walk along a pedestrian path takes you to neighbouring Nissi beach. Super markets and restaurants are all near by. The apartment was clean and beds very comfortable. Staff service and communication was very friendly, pragmatic and personal. We travelled with kids age 5y and 2y and would recommend this to other families or couples any day.

We didn't miss pool time, but obviously you want to consider if pool is a must for you.

Firstly the friendly welcome. Spyros and his team were fantastic. It was all so much more personal than a hotel stay. The apartment was very clean and modern. The bed and pillows really comfortable. Satellite TV was great, all the English channels and sports channels. The food in the restaurant was very authentic and really tasty and we really appreciated the 15% discount in the restaurant. It was very well situated within easy reach of all the beaches on the south coast and a very easy bus ride to the east coast Protaras area via the 101 and 102 buses which run very regularly. On our last day Spyros very kindly allowed us to keep our apartment until our taxi came at 4.00pm with no extra charge, which was very much appreciated. Overall we loved this place and would certainly recommend it.

Lovely comfortable apartments that have everything you need for a relaxing stay. I liked everything - cleanliness, convenience, silence. The hotel is 50 meters from Sandy Bay beach, which is very convenient and a 10-minute walk from the magnificent Nissi Beach. On the territory of the hotel there is a cozy restaurant where the food is very tasty and there is soft music in the evening. I highly recommend trying the lamb, which is cooked in the oven for 6 hours, the taste is unsurpassed! The apartments also have everything you need for self-catering. An additional advantage is that the hotel is quiet, located close to the beach and there is no polluted road nearby. The hotel owner, Spyros, kindly arranged a transfer for us, which we were very grateful for. We liked absolutely everything. Recommend for a holiday in Ayia Napa!

Everything was wonderful

Our 9-day stay at the apartment exceeded all our expectations. Our fully equipped room, complete with a modern kitchen and everything we needed, was comfortable and tastefully furnished. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed by Spyros, the owner, who generously gifted us a bottle of wine, water, and fresh fruit. He took the time to show us around the apartment and explain everything in detail, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment also has its own restaurant, where we dined several times. The waiter was always attentive and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious and fresh. I’d also like to highlight the housekeeping staff, who did an excellent job – every time we returned, we found fresh linens and towels, and the room was impeccably clean. The entire staff was incredibly warm and created a family-like atmosphere, constantly checking in to see how we were doing and making sure we had everything we needed. This experience far surpassed what we would have had in a hotel, and we are truly grateful for that. We will definitely return and highly recommend this place to everyone!

We had a great time,. Spyros is a good host, a bottle of wine, couple of apples and two bottles of water waited for us. The most famous Nissi beach is located 5 minutes from the accomodation. The room was equiped with all necessities, it was cleaned every three days. The place is so quite and peaceful. Everything was great!

I cannot say enough about how positive of an experience I had, everything about my stay was exceptional! I had one bedroom apartment with a large balcony and a seaview from a cute window next to the bed, more than enough for one person. Apartments are by the sea in a quiet, peaceful area. The hosts, Spyros and Phytos are great, humorous and hospitable people, very welcoming and with a chill vibe, helped me with all the questions I had. Also rooms got cleaned during my stay and housekeepers were nice and lovely as well. I already recommended this place to my family and friends, looking forward to coming back to 'my second home'.

It was a lovely few days at the apartment. We were treated with great hospitality, Spyros and his team are extremely friendly. The beach is just nearby with shops fairly close to the apartment. They also have a restaurant at which we had supper on two different nights, the food is very flavourful and the service is extremely reliable. The rooms have all the essentials, we were able to watch the Euros matches on our TV, the beds were cosy and with the balcony it felt like our own space. I would definitely recommend coming to stay here for those looking for a good time in Cyprus.

From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. A very pleasant welcome, even though we arrived in the early hours of the morning, we were provided with temporary accommodation so that we could enjoy the beach as long as possible. During our stay, for anything we needed, the hosts responded quickly and were extremely pleasant. In the accommodation you have everything you need, just like at home, they thought of all the details. It is extremely clean and every two or three days they cleaned our room and changed our towels. We will surely come back again soon.
