The distance outside of St. Louis was just about perfect, a little farther from the hustle and city but the hotel is located near attractions that fit our needs. The St. Louis Outlet was perfect for us for dinner and drinks and the Chesterfield outlet fulfilled our shopping needs—lots of quick, easy, delicious food near the hotel.

We really don't have any complaints or recommendations to give about our stay- we enjoyed the weekend!

The room was very clean and they made good use of the space. The bathroom was spacious and up-to-date. The bed was very comfy and I slept very well. The parking lot was well lit and I felt safe leaving my stuff in the car. It was also located near a lot of food options and the highway. I will stay here again for sure!

When we checked in it was fast and easy. The lady who checked us in though was not very friendly. She barely said two words and seemed more concerned with watching the people over in the coffee area. She didn't give us any directions to where our room was. She didn't actually ever ask for my name, just my ID. The fridge only ran for two hours, so we had to get back up in the middle of the night and turn it back on to keep our food cold. The remote and tv were hard to use. The buttons were really stiff and we struggled to even get it to turn on. The room could use a little more lighting.

Loved the bar/bistro, the woman who worked the night shift at the bistro was AMAZING! She was very friendly, polite, and helpful.

The pool is so small and it was FREEZING! Would be nice to have a hot tub added then this hotel would be absolutely perfect.

Well the price I was charged changed each day and not sure why. I had picked this hotel for price and location but may look elsewhere if this is the case of how they do their prices and don’t inform us

The woman that checked me in was really helpful. She gave us a good restaurant recommendation, and somehow I lost my keys on the way over to a restaurant and she was very sweet and getting new keys done. She was very friendly and efficient. I wish that I knew her name but she was on the night shift Monday, August 21.

This hotel was amazing! Our king size bed was exstreamly comfortable and we sleep so good in it. The bathroom was big and clean and the couch in our room was very comfortable. The receptionist was very nice and helpful when we asked questions.

I didn't like that yiu don't have ice machine and we had to ask the gentleman at the counter to get us ice.

It was clean and very close to lots of food locations. Staff was very nice!

We thought breakfast was gonna be buffet style but it wasn’t.

We didn’t have breakfast, even though it smelled and looked delicious. We had snacks the night before from the concession area. They had a very good selection of snacks and drinks.

I did not know they offered breakfast. I did like the employee who checked me in, she was exceptional. The room was nice and cool on arrival and everything was clean.

Location was great. Very clean and staff was great.

Breakfast options were very limited, maybe add a waffle/cereal bar. Definitely wouldn't use this as a negative means how there was breakfast through Starbucks. They just didn't offer very much.
