The room was very spacious and clean and well equipped. the beds were comfortable, the windows had shutters to block out light, We had plenty of plugs for our mobile devices. There was a nice park behind the hotel with a playground. There were shops and supermarkets in walking distance. The location is great. The breakfast was very good and had a good variety of meats and cheeses, porridge, excellent coffee, plenty of bread and roll options, spreads and fresh fruit and vegetables as well as fruit juices, jams, joghurt.

This B and B hotel well above expectations. Welcoming staff at reception. Able to leave luggage before check in. Location just a few minutes walk to main train station. Trams and supermarkets easy access. Half way between Schlossberg palace tram 1 or easy 25 min walk and historic centre 15 min Room standard B and B design. Comfy bed and linens. Very clean. Windows able to be opened. Didnt use air conditioner Quiet room. Sound isolation seemed fine both in and out. Stayed two nights. Excellent sleep Wifi good Good value for money for Graz. Would definitely stay again

Great location, close to the main station and the city centre, also close to public transport stops. Great breakfast - even organic produce, fresh and tasty bread, very good coffee and a wide variety and selection of delicious cold cuts and spreads, cheeses, fruit and veggies, cereals etc. - exceptionally good value for money! Very spacious room - in short: can only recommend it! Plus - 24hrs check-in without reservation possible too and should you forget to have packed essentials- they're available there too (toothbrush, razor, etc)

My reservation was cancelled because I checked in too late and even though booking.com stated that my reservation was guaranteed by my Visa Card this did not show in the B&B system. Thanks to the 24h contactless check-in and thanks to Sadik who was very understanding and competent and kindly resolved my predicament, I enjoyed a wonderful stay! So, double-check your booking terms to avoid such frustrations.

The staff was extremely friendly and nice amd always trying to help out. Especially the folks from the reception. The bed was confortable and decently clean. The value is great for your money you pay. It is 5 minutes away from the train station, which ia extremely convenient. Rooms have good size.

The rooms look outdated and feel cheap. The the windows do not have curtains, only drapes which makes everything visible inside during the day from the building accross the street.. The bed sheets had a few stains on them and the beds had wheels, so if you moved them a bit from their original place, you could see that the carpet next to the wall has not been cleaned in a long time. The parking is actually accross the street in another building and it costs extra

Great location, close to the train station and 1.5 km from the city center. Spacious room so there's space for pilates. My room faced the backstreet so it was quiet.

A good hotel I can't complain about. But if I were to mention two things: 1) tight fit between the toilet and the sink, so you can basically wash your face and take a dump at the same time, though that's not the kind of multitasking I'd like to do 2) the mattress was good but the pillow was this huge uncomfortable thing

One of the cheapest hotels in Graz, and close to central railway station and central city attractions. The trams [just outside] are free in this central zone. The street and all of the city centre is quiet and peaceful due to traffic control, only the hum of trams passing. The hotel reminds me of a better UK Travel Lodge in quality. However, our room was enormous by city standards. It had everything you needed, though no kettle to make coffee. It was very clean with a powerful shower, plenty of storage space, a good range of TV channels, strong accessible lighting and sockets by the bed. You can open the windows for fresh air! Check-in/out were very professional and friendly. In the public area there isn't really much space to sit, though the breakfast restaurant would serve as a great working space. We didn't have breakfast there as there's lots of cheaper options all around, though the price seemed good value. There are also dispensing machines for snacks and drinks. Best thing of all was the checkout time = noon. Booking.com had informed 11.30; also incorrectly that Reception closed at 7.30pm when it was still open at 10pm. Recommend.

No kettle for tea/coffee in room. A little scrapy in some public areas, but there seems to be some refresh taking place at the moment.

Very good location: close to the main train station, and the city center can be reached on foot or by public transport. It's important to be greeted by a helpful person at the reception desk with a smile on their face when you check in. The entire hotel policy is very professional. Room is cozy with a spacious bed.

The bathroom is clean, but I think it's time for a renovation. A mirror in the room would be nice. Why is my room always next to the hotel laundry room? :)

- The Staff was very kind. - The room was comfortable. - It is located between the main train station and the old-town.

Small inconveniences: - My room's balcony wasn't fully separated from the other room's balcony. - Sometimes some teenagers were loud from the park, but not for too long. - Sometimes there wasn't hot water, but maybe that was because of the peak time.

The room was big and very clean. The beds are really comfortable. I had to check in at the terminal because I have arrived after 22:00. It was really straightforward and simple. You get a code with which you open the entrance door and room door.

Everything was ok. Maybe a bigger place where to put clothes. The space is quite small for two persons.

The reception is closed after 10 pm so I had to check in myself. Registration is both simple and secure. Another positive informations I wrote in my first review.

Now I had a new bathroom, thank you, but the shower is half open and creates an unnecessary flood in the whole bathroom. Even though I was alone, I think you should have 2 sets of towels (small x2 and large x2) because the guest may be sick and need more towels.
