Fantastic location 10min from Shin-Osaka station, if you have in your plan to use Shinkansen, this is your No1 choice. Also really big breakfast, with various options, from sops, fresh salmon, tuna to fresh yogurt and sweets. I have to mention also another great part of hotel, onsen. Our first experience, we really enjoyed every evening after our trips.

Maybe one item, could be good idea to open some bar for drink or quick snack in evening, but this is only idea, how to improve already excellent hotel.

Breakfast has great variety. The location is not bad, about 10 min from the subway station. There is a large grocery store nearby and several restaurants.

The shower sometimes is not consistent with the water temperature. Breakfast place can be very crowded. But given the large capacity of this hotel, the staff work hard to maintain the order.

I loved the location and how convenient it was, just a 5 minute walk to the station which saves you from feeling tired from walking with your luggage! This was the most comfortable stay out of all the hotels I stayed at!! I loved the onsen and the cleanliness of facilities! The staff was also very accomodating and kind !! Located not far from Shin-Osaka Station, about 5-8minutes walk. So, if you're bringing luggages be prepared to walk a bit. Not a hustle-bustle area like Dotonbori, it's pretty quiet, busy with office workers during the day. Hotel looks pretty new and clean. There are 2 Lawson nearby. A small one can be access from the first floor of the hotel, and another is just around the corner just outside. There are laundry room, on the 4th floor, but it's small. Only 4 washer+dryer are available for 20 something floors hotel. Make sure to have a handful 100 JPY coins, and don't buy the drinks on the vending machines just outside because I did as I needed change, only to receive many 50JPY coins as a change. Anyway, the hotel has a changing machine on the 2nd floor just next to the elevator. The front desk staff should have explained about this to the customer when they check in. Allow at least 1.5 hrs to dry the clothes as the washer/dryer is quite small and not powerful as the machines used at coin laundry. Room's big enough for us to open our luggages. Comfortable, pretty basic. It's clean, all amenities are provided. Love the fact that the toilet is separated from the bath. Staffs are helpful, fluent in English and some speak other languages too. I requested to send my luggages to Tokyo, and they handle it with no issues. Paid about 40CAD for 2 luggages size +/- 140cm with total weight less than 20kg. Overall this is a very nice hotel, and the price is fair, though it is not in a most touristic area, it's not far and easily accessible too by train.

What I liked about the hotel was how much space it had and how convenient it was due to being next to the Shin-Osaka Train Station. And it was right next to a Lawson convenient store as well giving you easy transportation and food when needed. In terms of the room itself, it had a lot of space, you could control the lighting easily and the shower as well as toilet had their own separate spaces in your room. Which I honestly thought was very nice.

There wasn't anything I disliked about the hotel as the staff were nice, the place was clean and the place was at a very convenient location.

The hotel is beautiful, new and modern. It was one of the nicest places we stayed I’d during our trip to Japan. The room was huge by Japanese standards and very comfortable for a family of four. The public bath was amazing and never felt crowded. The location while a bit far from the action was a positive as it was close to the main station and only a short subway ride to anywhere in town. Our kids loved the buffet breakfast and it was a good value.

Great location close to Shin Osaka station. Metro close by to get wherever needed. Room was comfortable, comfortable beds, great shower pressure. Lovely staff. Would recommend staying here.

Location to Shinkansen

Room was a little small and double bed was up against a wall which meant one person had to climb over.

It’s roughly 5-10 minutes walk from Shin-Osaka Station making it a really handy place to stay in, especially if you’re trying to catch the Shinkansen the following day without having to leave in a hurry. The room we stayed in was quite small and tight (with the three single beds), so we couldn’t really open our big luggages, but it was something I already had an idea about from the photos provided so it didn’t surprise me. The beds and pillows were comfy though! We also enjoyed the shower (no bathtub in our room). There were plenty of amenities available in the room and also that the staff has told us we could take from the lobby. The staff were really nice! They let us leave our luggages in the lobby with them before check-in so we could comfortably sightsee around the city. Even though my Japanese is basic, I thought it would be more comfortable for them to converse with me in their language rather than in English so it was no problem on my end, and everything went smoothly. Definitely would liked to have stayed here longer next time!

Great location, easy to access from the Shin Osaka station. Comfortable enough for a short stay.

Minor point but it felt like the room has too many mirrors to be necessary.
