Very good breakfast 👌 With a mix of English and continental breakfast elements very delicious. Good location not far from the shore and the city center. All available within a few minutes walking. The room were clean and the beds are okay. All we needed for a 3 nights stay in the lovely city of brighton.

The parking situation in whole brighton is a mess. This is not the responsibility of the hotel anyways, but it is recommended to book a long term parking slot on just park to find an affordable parking space near the hotel. We did this quite late (on arrival) but be had luck that in June there were still places available (approx 15 pound per day).

Well located on Regency Square which is right on the sea front opposite the Brighton 360 attraction and 12-15 minute level walk to the Grand Pier. 5 storey property, no lift so ask for a lower floor if you cannot manage stairs. Light, airy and clean rooms with ensuites. Good refreshments provided in room plus iron and hairdryer. Super soft towels and crisp cotton bedding. A little tired in decor terms yet it's spotless so more than happy. Breakfast us fabulous, the best continental in a B&B that we have had for some time. Soft boiled eggs, salmon, meats, cheeses, pastries, fruit, yogurts......breads, sweet cakes, toast, juices, tea and coffee. Lovely staff and front desk welcoming. Parking opposite at Regency Sq or cheaper at Regency Mews Secure Parking 2 minutes walk away.

Bed in our room was a little too soft, personal preference though as we like a firm bed.

The staff were very kind and polite. The breakfast buffet was really nice. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and so were the pillows! Great supply of tea and coffee in the room too. And the soap/ shower gel smelled lovely, as did the whole place actually! Great location for beach access and also to local bars and eateries on the side streets.

The en suite was beautifully clean but a little on the snug side 😁. Also I had to put the kettle on the floor to use it as the flex wasn't long enough to reach the socket when it was on the shelf or bedside cabinet. Not a big thing for me though.

This is in an excellent location only 50m from the beach and a few minutes walk to all the local amenities like shops, bars restaurants and the pavillion. The breakfast was a help yourself buffet style with plenty of variation and choice and high quality food. All the staff were friendly and helpful and always seemed willing to attend to residents enquiries.

My single room was in the roof space 70 steps up the stairs. It was a bit cramped so much so that the bed headboard couldn't stand upright and had to be leaned over the top of the bed because the slope of the roof cut the space at the top end of the bed. It was also pretty hot and stuffy up there even with the window wide open.

My partner and I had a great stay at Brighton House over the weekend. We were there for the marathon and it was a great location (just minutes from the finish line!!), and I could tell that a lot of thought and consideration had been put into accommodating fellow runners and spectators who were staying too! Carl was incredibly friendly upon our arrival and gave us good recommendations for places to eat etc. All of the staff were very helpful and welcoming, particularly at breakfast, which was also a highlight of our stay. Overall, I couldn't fault our stay and will definitely be visiting in the future. Thank you again Brought House!!

We had a wonderful two night stay at Brighton House. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to make our stay great. The breakfast was fantastic, with lots of options, including different breads, crackers, yogurts, fruit, cereals, cheeses, meats and loads of veggie and vegan options. The room was great, with a good bathroom and different teas and coffee with the kettle. We could see the sea from our window and the location was brilliant, just a stone's throw from the beach, but close to town too. Could leave our bags until the afternoon on the day we checked out, which was a big help. The bathroom on the first landing, is a beautiful room!

A mattress topper on the beds would have been good as there was a 'button' in the middle of the mattress which pressed through the sheet a little. The beds were still comfortable though.

Very friendly welcome. Great checkin time of 2pm. Room was spacious and very quiet (as requested), although they did provide complimentary earplugs as well. Shower only which was fine for us (great water pressure and temperature). Beds very comfy. Fan provided which was a great touch. The tea/coffee/ hot chocolate selection in the room was impressive 👌. Breakfast included was a lovely continental breakfast with smoked salmon, salami, boiled eggs, cheeses, cereals, toast/ bread etc... a really great selection and staff friendly and helpful.

The blinds didn't keep out the light so room was a bit bright once the sun had come up, I travel with an eye mask so wasn't a problem for me, but worth noting.

The room looked newly renovated, extremely clean toilet and shower, the bed was very big although very firm, and the location was excellent.. 5 - 10min walk from the centre.

Nothing I didn't like, but these are the things to be aware of.. I arrived on a miserable day (weather wise) and the impression from outside, wasn't as nice as the overall experience delivered.. we had the balcony and it was difficult to draw the curtains because the ceiling was so high (very minor niggles).. check the parking prices or the area although the hotel did make recommendations which was very helpful..

Although my room was small (as expected/described) it had everything I needed. I don’t like sleeping under a duvet which I find too hot so I usually take the duvet out of its cover and sleep under the sheet. This hotel also provides a cellular blanket which was perfect. I noted that the duvet itself was nice quality- often not the case in some hotels when you take it out. Another nice touch was a furry hot water bottle. There was also an iron and ironing board which surprised me in such a small space. The breakfast was beautifully presented and had a good selection including some pieces of cold smoked fish which was unusual for UK. Fresh fruit salad was appreciated.
