We were surprised with the size of the room, and the king sized bed, which was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was also perfect because it was just 5 minutes from the train station by foot, also close to the La Sqala (restaurant), and the ocean. We had the breakfast included in the price, and the quality of the service surprised us there, again. You could get freshly made omelettes by a person who was preparing them and then serving them on your table. Overall, we found the service exceptional! Especially, we appreciated kind people at the reception, thanks to Ayoub! :)

I really enjoyed this hotel my daughter and I arrived later than expected but the staff were very accommodating and very pleasant even at midnight. And we were advised places to eat and also filled in with three breakfast and the decent checkout time as well the location was perfect as it's five minutes walk from the Casablanca station which was able to take us to our next destination very conveniently and it was a nice quick stay in amazing hotel with even more amazing staff.

There was a slight leak coming from the AC in our room. However it didn't hinder are time as we were only there for one night however had we have been there longer we may have mentioned something but it didn't really matter too much and it wasn't detrimental.

Our room was large, for sure the largest by far on our month long trip in Europe and North Africa. The breakfast was also very good, with a variety of items to choose from. We like to walk, so the location was great for walking to the Hassan Mosque, the old and new Medina, a grocery store and a cute bar that we enjoyed visiting for those elusive “cold ones”.

Our only concern was that the air conditioner did not work well at all. We were offered a couple of different rooms, but chose to stay in our original room as it was so much larger. The staff at the front desk was most accommodating!!

Great hotel in the city center. Just in front of CTM bus station and 5 min walk from the train station Casa Port which connects with the airport in 45 min only. Location is superb. Facilities are also good (need some very minor touches) and extremely clean. My suite on the top floor stunning (10 floor, wonderful views), very spacious, very large king size bed, super comfy and with nice shower with high pressure. Very nice staff. Spa seemed nice too but didn’t have the chance to explore it. I will definitely come back!!!!

Breakfast was just average, or slightly below average, this is the only reason I’m giving 9 out of 10.

Ayub was amazing! So friendly and super helpful. He even offended me his personal rain jacket to stay dry.😊 We had 2 twin bed room and it was very spacious and clean. Balcony was a nice plus also. Breakfast was a tasty buffet with mix of hot and cold items, with hot coffee/ tea and some fresh juices Location is central to most major sights and we walked to the old Medina, Rick's Cafe, Marina Mall and the Mosque. Would def stay again 😊

Room was a little warm for our liking and AC wasn't operational at the time because it was still winter/ spring so hotel is on heat mode. Can't really fault them for that, we just like a colder room to sleep in. We did sleep with the window open for a nice cold breeze, but there is a bit of traffic outside. Overall still a great experience. 👍👍

I had an amazing stay at Diwan Casablanca Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Anwar, Ayoub, Mouad, Ahmed, Abdelilah, Meryem, Fatna and Achraf. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, close to CTM station. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again!

Reception people were very helpful, especially the guy with the glasses, thin and tall one. I do not know his name, but he gave us room upgrade. The room had perfect view and warm. The bed was so comfortable, i slept without even minor interruption. Hotel location was great, but no private parking was exist.

Very nice hotel, big beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and strong Wi-Fi. The guy on the reception was very helpful and kind. Overall impression is very positive, will come back again.

There was some mess with the invoice, we have to return to receive it. Breakfast and dinner were average. No beverages including water are included on the dinner.

The staff were the most friendly I have meet on my travels Khadija,Yowssef and Omaima at reception helped me with and assistance I needed and believe me as a hotel YouTuber reviewer I stayed in a lot of hotels.I will 100% return when in Casablanca Also the cleaners and the breakfast staff perfect⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Resturant during breakfast just simply breakfast not much choice, chef at the restaurant run to the shop for buy a white bread as what I ask so amazing , the waitress at the Resturant not really Friendly just stay tune , I order latte coffee take a while before I can get and alway ask for extra I have to pay for coffee , buffet is not much variety as international guest , no sign to tell what are they , you need to open one by one to see what are inside , no water during buffer breakfast just a soft drinks , a bit disappointed the level of service compare with service at the front desk
