It was nice that the property had everything you could need. Especially the washing machine was useful. It was good that it was close to the subway, bus and museums and also walking distance to hyde park.

There were problems with the hygiene of the seats and chairs in the facility. The windows were also very dirty and there were small flies on the ceiling. However, the toilet, kitchen and rooms were clean.

The location was superb, next to a tube station and all the museums. The apartment was modern and fitted out well, with comfortable beds. It was very clean and perfect for our family of 3.

The windows were broken, some did not open, some opened too far and were dangerous. The kitchen needed new drinking glasses/wine glasses. There was no lift direct, and we needed to lift a heavy case up two flights of stairs. The wardrobe door was broken.

Had everything we needed for a short stay, great location for visiting an event at the Royal Albert Hall. Good price for the facilities/location.

The room was very warm overnight (too noisy to sleep with AC on or windows open). Lots of stairs to the apartment with luggage (the lift doesn't cover every floor).

It would have been nice to have had tea bags and coffee provided. The communal carpet areas were dirty and very dark, but the apartment itself was clean and absolutely fine for one night.

Breakfast was not provided since it was an apartment with kitchen or I would say we did not opt for it… location was good since it was right next to a tube station

Apartment was on 3 rd floor and lift was only till 2 nd floor so difficulty in reaching the luggage but best if one is travelling light … but this shld be mentioned in the booking that there is no elevator.

Lovely, relatively spacious flat in a brilliant, central location. :) Bed was comfy, sheets were clean, fridge was clean. Cosy furnished, new bathroom.

The flat is actually a little bit more shabby than it appears on the images… there are areas around the windows and walls that need repair…the bed’s headboard was falling off, revealing sharp nails (not ideal with little kids around), but the main thing we didn’t like is that it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned… when we dropped a toy underneath the couch where my son was sleeping, it was horrible… very dirty, dusty, with crisps etc…. we also found some hairs on the toilet seat and sticky stains on the bedroom floor… It really seems as the flat has a fast turn-around of guests, so it was just cleaned on the surface with new sheets and towels.

The apartment was very clean and functional, with all the necessary facilities. It doesn't have Aircon but portable units were provided which was ok. The location is great, very near the tube station and restaurants. Good communication from the reservation team.

It's not really suitable for heavy luggage as the stairs to get to the apartment are steep, even with lifts. The access is through a bar access and the cleanliness of the access is not ideal, the apartment is clean. It would help if the booking mentioned the stairs and access. Shower was a bit weak.

I stayed here with my family (2A, 2C) for 5 nights. The location is amazing (apartment is right across the road from 3 major museums), right next to an entrance to the South Kensington tube station, well served by buses including the hoponhopoff buses which stop approximately 200m away from the front door. Pre-arrival instructions were also very clear and timely (couple of days before our arrival), and arrival was super smooth - the staff, Ahmad, was waiting for us on our arrival, and brought us to our room (we were on the top floor, so the multiple-lifts-and-connecting-stairs-combo would have been a bit of a challenge if not for Ahmad's excellent and proactive assistance! Apartment itself was clean and well maintained. Appreciated the new bottles of handsoap, shower gel, loo paper, washing up liquid and sponge etc provided. Also appreciated the detailed online manual provided (scanned the qr code on arrival).

Would only recommend for mobile, in-shape travellers (stairs could definitely be a challenge for other demographics).
