I thought the breakfast room was good with the except they shut it down to early, because when there was alot of people in there you couldn't hardly move or even sit, had to go to your room. need to add more fruit and veg and hot eggs.

The a/c's didn't work had to which rooms, and the booking.com that I booked through didn't work well because I had a handicapped person and they didn't relate that to the hotel, but the staff that checked us in was great. The parking was terrible, trucks and trailers in the way and on a hill its stuff with a wheelchair. only one handicap place.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at Super Eight in Hill City, South Dakota! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The warm pool was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby attractions, which were conveniently close by. The rooms were spotless, providing a comfortable retreat for a restful night's sleep. Plus, having a laundromat and convenience store nearby made everything so convenient. I can't recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Hill City.

We had a car accident in the parking lot that had an alley through it. The manager and worker were so supportive. It was like they were angels from above. We thank God they were the ones working that day. They turned a nightmare into an annoying dream. We want to thank them again . If you have some kind of an award you bestow on managers, please give it to the two who worked that night. They were great!!

Get someone to put a stop sign on that alley.

The whirlpool, Sauna. Clean staff was nice. Bed was comfortable. Nice they had a elevator. Parking was sufficient.

The continental breakfast was sub par. Hard boiled eggs, frozen waffles, juice machine was broken. The chairs in the room were not comfortable. There was a nail coming off one of the seats. The TV SELECTION didn't match the printed card.

Hotel is centralized to many local attractions; Crazy Horse, Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park. Walkable distance to every restaurant and shop in Hill City. Hotel was clean and quiet.

There is no internet away from the lobby which the host informed of at check in. When able to access internet, it was not a secure connection. There is no internet access in the hotel rooms.

Staff were really good, pool and hot tub were great, breakfast was a nice start to the day.

The placement of towel holder in the bathroom was odd but we made it work. Breakfast was not as expected. Would have liked a fresh fruit option as well. It is not a hot breakfast, cold only

location was great, price was good, clean room, comfy bed, good water for a nice shower, friendly staff even when we showed up at 2am

Centrally located for what we wanted to go and see

The room next to us had her tv on till 1:00 am Friday and Saturday night and was loud, couldn’t sleep. But other than that, was good, staff friendly too.
