Beds were SO comfortable. Beach was plowed every morning and chairs were meticulously wiped down. The bay view was beautiful and surprisingly quiet!

The cold, boxed breakfast of course was not ideal, but it was nice to not have to leave our room. If coffee was brought up as well and there were more ways to customize the items in the box I would have little to complain about!

The room was very clean, it was amazing being about to walk out onto the beach, the pool and hot tub were great also, the beds were comfortable. There's a lot to do right around the hotel. You can rent jet skis, boats, kayaks, and paddle boards right outside the hotel. We would definitely go again.

The boxed breakfast is what it is. You get to choose between a microwave Jimmy Dean sausage, egg, and cheese muffin, a donut, cereal, 2 hard boiled eggs in a bag, or yogurt. They all come with fruit, a water bottle, and a small OJ. It is nice that it's delivered to your door and you can choose the time.

We loved the well manicured beach with the most BEAUTIFUL view, plenty of seating for all, easy access to water rentals and even a huge bin of sand toys for the kids! Great pool and hot tub, fun little game room, and our room itself was clean, cozy, spacious and exactly what we needed for our stay!

We loved the breakfast delivery service compared to going to a continental breakfast (especially with kids), but would have liked just a few more warm breakfast options.

The room and bed were clean and comfortable. Our son said he slept great on the sofa bed. Great location on the beach. Although our room overlooked the parking lot, it was peaceful, did not hear a lot of noise at all. The room and the bathroom were quite spacious. Anything we needed the front desk was right on it.

The only thing I was not accustomed to was the breakfast delivery, but I must say they had some healthy options, which was good.

I was put in a room that had been smoked in either a lot or recently or both? It was supposed to be a Non-smoking room. The staff were probably some of the nicest, kindest, and polite staff that I've met anywhere. They moved me at my leisure bc I was busy traveling the region the next day, I ended up in the same room across the hall with a balcony and a beach / bay view which was great. The spider webs on the patio attached to the door were pretty annoying when they wrapped around my face- lol. Its 3 or 4 floors and the noise level is high with families and young kids romping. The place was clean and mostly of maintained items, my drawers in the dresser would not stay closed making it difficult to walk from bed or table to restroom or door. beds, coffee refers and a microwave is a nice choice of amenities for myself. The laundry machines were clean but aged but worked fine- Someone did lift my Rick & Morty shirt though? Id like that back! The first room the towel rack with all the clean towels fell apart and spilled towels on the floor, so in my opinion if they updated the rooms to current times, they will reap the rewards of higher rates or at least the value would make sense. The Staff made it a great Stay bc they were genuinely helpful, kind, and appreciative of tips (people tip your hotel clerks if you want the benefits of receiving Yesses rather than No's when you need something from them. Great location of course being in East Bay area - nothing too far by walk, bike or car.

Updated rooms, no complaints its just time !

The mattresses were very comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. I loved having a room looking over the water and the location was great. I liked having the box breakfast delivered to the door in the morning, ordered the box with oatmeal.

There wasn't unhappy with anything. I was able to smell cigarette smoke somehow coming from another room. It seemed to be smelled more intensely in the bathroom. I wasn't sure if my sisters and I could walk along the beach besides only in front of the hotel because of the signs stating that it was private. It would have been nice to walk down the beach.

Room 212 2nd floor March 21-23 The view was amazing. I wish the weather would have been in our favor, but all in all, the stay was just the getaway I needed. Jacuzzi was clean and hot, and the jets strong The pool was perfect Coffee in the lobby was good, too Highly recommended Resort

Only complaints where the shower head It sprays everywhere but down. I MacGyver a washcloth with a hair tie to create a more waterfall effect so we could rinse our hair lol

Room and beds were very comfortable. Carpets and under furniture could use a good vacuuming. Additions to the building make finding one's room a bit complicated if on the 3rd floor. Not much can be done about that and it was not a problem after the first time.

Cleanliness of the carpets and stairways. Boxed breakfast was adequate but I expected a buffet. Coffee maker was a 1-cup affair and there were insufficient coffee packets for my likes.

Beach, chairs, lobby, room generally clean. Excellent pool area with large pool, towels to use. Lobby has ice cream and snacks for purchase. The beds comfortable with lots of pillows, temp is self controlled.

The property is showing its age. Eaves are dirty with cobwebs, outside sitting area outside first floor rooms are full of bugs and spiders, cobwebs. Staff comes with blower but not satisfactory to keep tidy. Moldy-stained shower curtain.

The resort was very nice and comfortable for my family. I liked that there was a complimentary breakfast, delivered to the room, and that the staff was accomodating. The room was exactly as shown and advertised and very clean and comfy. The pool was easily accessible for the kids and the location made it possible for the staff to see inside in case of an emergency.

A downfall was that the arcade was advertised to be a bit more exciting than it actually was, still fun though. The beds were a bit hard but not wholly uncomfortable as well
