Very clean! The staff was amazing. We didn't ask for much but they were HAPPY to help us with whatever we needed. I travel a lot but I typically avoid rooms. Never have a good experience. I typically rent cabins or homes for such. I am so thankful I chose this place. It was a good experience. The pool is inside and only 4 foot deep. I didn't have my children with me but that would've been amazing for my youngest! I did access the pool once during my stay. It was clean and well lit. Adjoined to the pool room was a patio with lounge chairs and patio tables equipped with umbrellas. The cameras are outside the room facing in. Oddly, that gave me comfort even though there were zero creeps.

There's nothing unlikable about our stay.

I stay at this hotel at least twice per year as I travel through the area. It is perfectly located near the highway I take and the time of day I generally arrive. The rooms are adequate for me. The food is typical for hotels in this price range. And I sleep well in the beds I have had. I have stayed in 500 dollar per night rooms during my travels, but, I don't rest any better than I do here. That said, there is almost always something that could be better in each room. Desk chair would not roll this last time. Water to drink at breakfast does not exist on the dining area. Have to take a cup, go to the lobby and collect water iin a paper cup. Pretty primitive, but, I know this is how things work here. Sometimes there is a shortage of coffee in the room, and so it goes. Few rooms and hotels have everything perfect. Who really knows why, but, I accept what I get here, and life goes on...

I wish there was an upgrade in the breakfast provided. I wish there was a bit more quality control in making sure all the functions of the room were checked and addressed before I arrive. That said, all the serious stuff is good.

The front desk staff was very helpful with early check in and looking to add an additional night. The room was clean, the shower was hot, and the bed was comfortable. I didn't have time for breakfast but what was there looked good, standard breakfast fare. Short, easy trip to the Springfield airport.

The fan motor for the room heater/air conditioner had a very loud squeak when it started up, then continued to squeak at a lower volume until it shut off. I used earplugs to keep it from startling me every time it started.

The hotel is located conveniently to highway. staff was really helpful. I left something in my room after checking out, and the person on the phone was very helpful. They had noticed it was left behind, dated it, and put my room number on it. I also liked that our rooms were cleaned daily.The breakfast area was nice, and I enjoyed the pancakes from the machine

Our toilet lever got stuck easily and would continue flushing. There were people smoking outside the entrance of the hotel and the luggage unloading area every day, and you would have to walk through their smoke to get in or out of the hotel. Their was also a very faint smell of dog in our room. The air-conditioning unit was noisy.

It was very clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful and great! It's very conveniently located close to plenty of facilities and of course the interstate since we was traveling. Would definitely book again if traveling that way again.

Only issue I has was we was located on the bottom floor and about 8 o'clock pm we started here some banging coming from the room above us and it went on fireworks for over an hour. When I finally went and informed the front desk they took care of it right away so that was great. I know they don't have a whole lot of control of what people do in the rooms, but they was very quick to solve the issue.

The rate for the amenities was good Location to restaurants and shopping within reasonable driving distance The lady at the front desk for check in was very upbeat, friendly, and efficient Room size was acceptable. Liked the sink and make up area outside of toilet and shower area Complimentary bfast was really good and like the way the hostess keeps everyone organized and eating area was clean and very organized The hallways and common areas all smelled very good at all times Whatever air freshener system used is awesome and makes the whole place feel clean and fresh

Outside of facility in parking lot appeared dirty and alittle sprucing up wouldn't hurt. Make the initial impression of the facility more welcoming

My experience was very good. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

When I came I could not check in right away because the internet kept going down. The staff member on duty told me that this was an ongoing problem and was not getting fixed because of the cost to fix the issue. This delayed my check in by about 30 to 40 minutes and there was several people that were in the same situation.

Breakfast had a good assortment of items. A second meat option would be nice. Clean lobby and food area as well as the room.

The height of the toilet is VERY low to the floor. Needs upgrades to Standard height. At the very least add a grab bar. The amount of noise from heating unit is very high. The level of noise from the heating system above room 105 was so loud it shook our windows

The bed was very comfortable, and room was clean. We didn't take advantage of breakfast, but it did look good and had great options!

the room could have had a little TLC. An end table by the bed had a broken piece that had an outlet on it, and it wasn't working, and the toilet had a hard time flushing. The hotel could really use some vending machines with snack options. When traveling with kids it is nice to have the snack vending machines or snack items for sale at front desk rather than having to load everyone up to go grab snacks.

The front desk personnel were wonderful! The breakfast was standard "hot breakfast" fare. Good coffee, which is important to us. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The parking lot was well lit and the area felt safe. We would say here again.

I honestly cannot think of anything! We only stayed for one night, but it was a great place to stay and get off the road.
