Room was extremely functional. Lots of storage and work space. Nice to have shampoo, conditioner, etc provided. It was also nice to have a full size mirror. Things were very clean as well.

Breakfast - not many hot options, bagels were too hard to eat, waffles were over cooked, apple juice came out as water. I have had decent breakfasts in hotels, but this one was disappointing.

The breakfast was very good. They had two waffle makers and hearty breakfast sandwiches with meat, cheese and egg on bagels. The dining area was clean and had plenty of space for seating hotel customers. The room was spacious and had a good sized fridge with freezer.

Really didn't have any negatives I can think of.

We love this hotel! The facility is exceptional, well maintained and clean, comfortable beds,friendly, helpful, responsive staff and we loved the room itself. Dishwasher, nice sized refrigerator and microwave! We will definitely make this hotel our go to in the Springfield, MO area.

Nothing, it was great!

We came for a short stay and during that stay our daughter in law died...due to the management they accommodated us through the entire bereavement. They didn't have us to change rooms....or do anything except try to exist through this process...when we asked to have entire room cleaned....there was a note left from house keeping....little things A LOT!!

The only thing that upset us was being out late....being unable to find a parking space...2 cars with uhauls....2 semitrucks....parked sideways in spots.....about 32 spots we're taken up....we found a space finally!!!

Breakfast was very good and I like it being available until 10AM. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I liked the shower and products available for use. The refrigerator and appliance came in handy for the stay. Thanks. Every employee was very accomodating and nice.

I didn't like hearing the doors slamming shut and TV's from other rooms.

The hotel room was very nice. Had a separate room from kitchen and TV room. Great location for the sights we were seeing. The breakfast was just mediocre. Not bad but not great either.

Thought the breakfast could have been better. The egg choices were not warm enough for our liking. Did not have any sweet choices like muffins or breakfast pastries. Juice selection was limited.

it was very clean and neat. very welcoming. it was a very nice room with wonderful amenities. The staff was very nice. My previous stay here was absolutely wonderful.

There were noisy guests/children late into the night and extremely early in the morning. A lot of thumping/banging, running, slamming doors, and yelling/screaming from the children. (not staff’s fault though) The bed wasn’t as comfortable as the one I slept in during my last stay here. I didn’t get much sleep to be honest. And please get different coffee.. it really was awful.

The staff at this location was great. They were very welcoming and very helpful. I was late for breakfast my first day by a few minutes and they went out of their way to make sure I still got a breakfast that I enjoyed. My door/key quit working twice in the same day and they promptly fixed it both times. The staff working during my stay were the best part of my experience.

It was a little difficult to find because mapping directions were clear but it was on an unmarked road, behind other hotels and the sign for the hotel at the turn for the road was very small and hard to see.

The general atmosphere and the various services offered (gym, pool and convenience store). The service was professional and friendly (the employees at the reception and the cook). The fact that the room service could be adapted to our needs.

The only downside was that our room was next to the elevator. Thus, there was some noises when you were close to the door and in the kitchen area, but even then, it was really calm and quiet.

Breakfast, staff, room all outstanding. Location convenient. Accommodated all our requests.

Mattress protector on pull out bed was dirty but when asked for new one they brought it right away. Also, behind pull out mattress against wall (hard to see unless making bed) was a skoal container.
