Absolutely everything, especially how efficient, helpful, pleasant and welcoming the staff were, from Reception to the cleaning staff. A pleasure to have stayed from start to departure. I would very happily return and tell friends how excellent this hotel was. And excellent value for money. Thank you to each one for making my stay such a pleasure.

Everything was excellent

location was great for visiting the grotto which was the main purpose of our trip. we had a small balcony overlooking the entrance to the grotto. very comfortable bed and large room. breakfast was simple continental and a good start to the day. friendly helpful staff especially when we arrived after midnight due to train delays and connections.

bathroom had an awkward shower. generally felt a bit dated and in need of some modernisation, but it had the charm/character of an old fashion hotel.

The location was ideal as it was very close to the Lourdes Sanctuary. Additionally, it was priced decently for the proximity to the Sanctuary. I definitely recommend this location.

The walls are somewhat thin and other patrons could hear our conversation. Be mindful and considerate when staying here.

The location of the hotel. It was situated close to the entrance gate to the Grotto, known as Saint Josephs gate. It was a perfect location to access all the surrounding area. We arrived so late at night. Most cafes were closed. The gentleman who greeted us at the hotel, ran to a nearby cafe and asked them to prepare a meal for us. They kindly did so.

No complaints. We felt secure and relaxed here

The best location: 100m away from the entry of the sanctuary, among cafes and a lot of shops. Breakfast is good. They facilitated my transfer to the airport by taxi.

The restaurant closed for one evening without a notice so I had to change my dinner plans. I missed the electric socket from next to the bed.

The location is very near the Grotto, and the hotel is well-equipped with all amenities. Another plus is the restaurant with friendly staff and good food.

The staff speaks very little English, however, they still try their best to assist you.

The hotel is situated in a great location for visiting the grotto. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The entire place was very clean. Over-all, the hotel is a great value.

The place is a bit dated, but certainly not enough to be bothered by.

We absolutely loved the two men caring for the hotel. They provided us with all we needed for breakfast and dinner. Anything you needed was important to them. Thanks so much!!!

This hotel was ideally located, practically across the street from Lourdes shrine. The room was spacious and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

You could hear everyone in the rooms around and above and in the hallway which made it a bit difficult to go to sleep.
