Breakfast and location was great. 4 Metro stations to city center, tram and bus are the other (and very close) options. The room was quite spacious, with a large LED TV, hotel size refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, coffe machine and a digital safe (all working well).

Drinking water (bottle) is free for only the first day. I can not say the most comfy beds I have ever had in an hotel. Also the pillows were too soft (I mean unconfortable for me, but that's a personal thing). It would be better if there was a shower cabin in the bathroom instead of a curtain.

The hotel was worth the money we paid. The room was spacious, clean and with good lighting. The breakfast buffet was superb with a great vatriety of both hot and cold dishes. The hotel was very close to a metro station and also a non touristy mall with a good food court and a good supermarket.

Nothing to complain about. I suppose there could have been a greater variety of English speaking channels on the really big TV! Beyond that, there was nothing we did not like. There was no pool but that was something we knew beforehand.

Breakfast is OK...with varieties of selection..The location is just a few meters away from the nice shopping mall..ATRIUM FLORA..where the METRO station FLORA is located and the city train and busses. Personel in the hotel are friendly and all smiles..Thanks ..see you sometime...

We love that the hotel is close to the trams and underground, which makes it extremely easy to get around. Since it’s located in a residential area, we love the charm of local restaurants and shops. The shopping mall next door (Atrium Flora) is a lifesaver as it has everything we need, like a supermarket, money changer, quick eats, just to name a few. The room itself is very comfy and clean. The bed is extremely comfortable and we love taking a bath after a long day of walking around.

Hotel in good location close to metro station Flora. Shopping centre across the road with entrance to metro. City centre is 15min metro ride. Room was very clean. Staff was nice and helpful.

Breakfast is good but nothing special - mostly English breakfast. The Dinner menu is fairly small with no Kids option at all but with food is delicious. Water pressure in the shower is low and water temperature changes frequently so be careful...

Breakfast was nice (you could order something specific or choose the buffet), dinner was a small menu also very nice and well priced. The rooms were clean and spacious, the check in/out was easy and the staff was very friendly. If you forget your koruna at your last hotel like we did (oops) there is an ATM in the lobby which has a higher conversion rate but is incredibly convenient. The parking garage was also spacious and had plenty of room for our bigger car which was great. The hotel was close to two tram stops which made public transportation very easy with multiple kids & families, and the mall across the street was a huge bonus. The water pressure in the shower was great and the water was HOT, which was very welcome after a very cold day out adventuring. Would stay again for sure.

The tea kettle in our room was stuck shut with hard water build up, so not a deal breaker but a little bit icky. We just didn't use it and went downstairs to ask for hot water at the bar instead.

Hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood and adjacent to a Mall . It is a short distance from the City centre and is actually good as the area of City centre is very noisy till the late hours in the night and may be disturbing sometimes.

The Hotel did not give a feeling of a luxury hotel . The rooms were in old decor and requires renovation . Even care was not taken to repair the main hotel glow sign which was faulty.

First, its location is very close to a metro 🚇 station (a mere 2 minutes walk). Second, there's a shopping 🛒 mall above the metro station which enen has a good food court that provides various kinds of food (Chinese, Thai, Mexican, Indian etc) at very reasonable prices.Third, the room is very comfortable with bigger size beds provided.Fourth, unlimited free drinking water is provided in the lobby. Fifth, a good and varied choice of food is provided for breakfast.

The hotel was great, close to a shopping center and the metro. It was easy to reach the old town. Parking was free, because of the public holiday and it was also easy to find a parking slot. I had two kids with me and the room cleaning staff was so nice to create a towel dog for them. They really liked it. The breakfast was also great we liked it, even it was quite crowded.

The hotel is nice, clean, the staff is friendly and the TV shows you the price per night as nights pass. It's also a modern TV which is rare in Prague. The room is big enough and there's even a couch on which you can sit.

I guess the only thing that could be better is the fact that the internet (the free one) is only 5 mbps. If you want better speeds, you need to pay an unjustified amount of money per day. Since the 5G signal is good, I didn't bother with their internet so I could not attest to the fact that it was actually 5 mbps, or less.
