Lovely lady in charge of the B&B very quick to respond to any needs/questions, large room which was nice, amazing location close to most things within 15/20mins walking, very close to bus station which was great to get to siena station

Terrible wifi (didn’t stay on for more than 3 seconds before turning off and then on again), no mini fridge (could live without but would’ve been nice to have cold water to drink), not a plentiful or pleasant breakfast (despite us not being fussy eaters, generally you would except some sort of protein for example eggs or some type of meat/cheese,, our breakfast consisted of some bread buns that were probably pre packaged and incredibly dry and a croissant with some sad fruit), no lift which we deal with but could be a problem for accessibility

We loved the location, perfect for exploring Siena. The room was very well appointed, clean and tastefully decorated with everything available to make our 4 night stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The balcony was a massive plus bringing into the room a tranquil outside space. Breakfast was an added bonus and the selection of items ensured we were fuelled for a day of sightseeing! Luciana our host was kind, very attentive and always on hand. If we return to Siena will definitely stay again.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfasts are left outside your door to enjoy in your room and the staff is so friendly. It's so easy to get into the central part of Siena from the B&B. I had a corner room with huge windows, it was a delight having breakfast, overlooking the city.

The only thing was the belltowers ringing at odd times, but this is just Siena, it had nothing to do with the accommodations.

The location of this B&B was fabulous, very close to all the main areas in Siena. Our host was so wonderful and took the time to explain everything to us about the area, great cathedrals to visit and restaurants. She took wonderful care to ensure we were happy and provided us with great choices for a breakfast delivered outside our door in the morning.

This property is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The room is very spacious and they have fluffy towels. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We really appreciated breakfast being brought to our room each morning.I would stay here again.

If you are driving be aware that this B&B is in the ZTL and you cannot park there. The bed was a bit hard for me and there is no elevator.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and well located, being a ten minute walk to the main piazza, shops, bars and restaurants. The host was friendly, hospitable and provided a lovely breakfast for us, delivered outside our room each morning - Geoff and Jane G.

The B&B was absolutely beautiful and within a short walk into the city centre of Siena. Luciana was a wonderful host - very welcoming and kind. Unfortunately, the wifi didn't work very well with Apple products. Luciana is aware of the issue, and has had trouble getting it resolved, but besides that I would highly recommend staying here! Would love to come back one day. Thanks Luciana!

The B&B is located in a strategic point, around 5min on foot to Siena's city center. Once you go through the gate facing the main road, you go into what can only be described as a safe haven away from the rush of the city. The room had a good sized bed with an en suite bathroom. We found the room and bathroom spotless clean. The bed had a topper, the mattress, and pillows were extremely comfy.

The shower box is minuscule and minimal, there was nowhere inside to put the shower gel and shampoo, apart from the upper top corners. We would have appreciated some local products for breakfast (cheese, marmalade), and even a coffee machine in the room or in the common areas available for the free use. The croissants and the bread bum seemed fresh, the rest were supermarket packed goods.

Location is perfect 6 minutes walk from cathedral. I loved how big the room is and king-size bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning is really good and rooms are very clean. Luciana is a friendly host that is very accommodating and helpful.

Google shows a bit wrong location but this has nothing to do with property rather with Italian google that is not updated :D I would suggest to not blindly follow GPS but look for street name and building number once you are close to the location.

Everything! Luciana was a very pleasant and helpful host and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and dietary needs were accommodated.
