Great place to stay in Inverness, location couldn't be better: close to everything, including train and bus stations. The room was comfortable. My friend and I shared the bed, which was excellent and big enough for that. Great bathroom. The host was very kind. Even though we haven't met, she let us use a corner in the shared kitchen space to keep our luggage for early check-in and late check-out. Temperature was pleasant (even being late July), so a fan wasn't needed.

We had no major complaints. A very minor thing was the sound of seagulls from outside, but we learned that is a common trait throughout Scotland. The window could open a wee more. That being said, I recommend this place without hesitations!

Easy to find location near train and bus station, clean, shared kitchen with fridge space available, access to extra supplies like toilet paper and hygenic soaps, sufficient warm water and pressure, kettle in the room, iron and ironing board to share, hairdryer, groceries next door.

Location became seedy in the evening with questionable safety especially if alone, loud music from bar nearby that could be heard in the room until 2 am, homeless people on the street outside the door, lots of stairs to the room (70)-non issue for us, could not open the window (no screen and lots of birds), no AC (not needed but it would be deadly hot in the summer), bathroom not in the room (across the hall needing access card to enter), one access card provided despite saying it would have two, one chair in the room, no table or chair in the kitchen to eat at (eat standing or eat on the bed), expensive place to stay, but Inverness is expensive period.

An unassuming door frontage in the middle of the town's shopping streets and entertainments area, An absolute Mecca of short stay accommodation for the basic traveller, room was spotless, clean, and well presented Although tea and coffee provided in the room there were full kitchen and dining facilities in the guests living room. The owners have very thoughtfully provided fully carpeted stair flights up to the third floor for older people exercise - don't worry we don't like it - but we need it! Could not fault room at all

Unsightly stain and dirt on outside of window - thee are new UPVC windows and by law and should be able to be opened safely from the inside for cleaning - so a simple housekeeping job. Main shower spray directed right up against doors it should be able to be rotated towards the centre but cannot be moved - possibly jammed. Over complicated and unreliable room door access keypads - button "9" did not work on our door and we had a 9 in our code. Lock goes totally dead after three failed attempts at opening - had to wait 15 mins to use fob. Only one key fob in keybox - not two as stated in instructions. Heard other guests having isue with their door locks - may be simple battery problem byut far too unreliable fear of being locked out

Central location and minutes from bus/train. Comfortable bed with upscale linens. Kitchen on every level well equipped and nicely furnished. Our floor (2) had several rooms and would be ideal for couples traveling together. Proprieties have definitely put time and energy into providing welcoming space.

Key pad access to rooms was a bit confusing because instructions weren’t clear enough. Please note: if some people are critical of property because of this, please be aware that we were informed that the owner had been hospitalized and her daughter was having to take over very quickly without having a chance to sort it all out.

Great accommodations for staying in the Downtown City Center in Inverness. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. There is a taxi service next door, and the bus and train station are a short walk, so transport is handy. The room was clean and comfortable. No problem with Wi-Fi for cell service or signing into streaming services on the tv. Easy walk to the River Ness, Leakey's bookstore, and Victorian Market is across the street. There is no elevator so being able to go up and down stairs is a consideration. It was good for me to help get my steps in for the day : )

There is nothing I would change about my stay,

Location perfect for city centre restaurants. Bus station 3 minutes walk from the apartments. Eastgate Shopping Centre excellent on a rainy day. All attractions within walking distance, Castle, River Ness Walk, Eden Court Theatre, Cathedral. If its food you're after, wide range of restaurants catering for every cuisine. Welcoming pubs providing live entertainment on the doorstep of the apartments. A large Coop Supermarket next door if you want to stock up and self cater in the well equipped kitchen. Shower room excellent, heating in the room excellent, Nice to have bar stools and table . Dressing gowns provided which was a bonus.

Very steep stairs to 3rd floor. There are apartments due to be opening in the summer of 2024 on 1st and 2nd floors so if you have mobility issues please be aware of this. Signage for guests please re door banging and being respectful of other guests might help. We tried to be as quiet as we could, however, others were not so accommodating!

The location was amazing and the room was so clean and pretty. Very sound proof! The kitchen was up to date and so good to have available to us.

We had a kettle but there was no extension cord. So I had to balance it on put it on the ground. This became an OHS issue and I almost burnt myself twice.

The room was clean and comfortable. Great location!

It was nice to have a kitchen and an electric kettle in the room. However, the fry pans are warped; there was no sharp knife; and the electric kettle had to be put on the floor to plug it in.

I love the hotel is in the center of town, near restaurants and within easy walking of interesting sites, like the castle, the oldest house in Inverness and shops. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff person was very helpful with providing information about local sites. The hotel is not labeled well, so look for the blue door with a key pad on the frame. I love that it was an older building. It does not have an elevator, so you do need to use the stairs. There are 4 floors.

You will need to find a car park, as there is no on street parking for extended time. I used the one at the shopping mall a few blocks away. It will let you park for multiple days and you pay at the kiosk. It was 15 pounds a day. There is no on-site person to greet you, so read your email to get instructions on how to enter the building and your room. The front door is blue, but not labeled well, indicating the location of the hotel. It is a very nice place to stay.

Location was great right in the middle of Inverness, the room was clean and well appointed , and the price was great! The neighborhood felt safe. The restaurants were all delicious and the river walk was beautiful. Our tour starting points were just around the corner.

The bathroom sink would be a little small for tall people and guests must be ok with stairs. Just a FYI in April most shops were closed after 6pm and restaurants quit seating guests after 9.
