The hotel was really nice, near to Airport. Be careful with distance as in late night, Taxi Drivers dont prefer to take 6.3KM of route despite they take 11KM one which adds money to your total fare but driver told me that it was safest route to take and the shortest one was Dangerous. While In morning I asked some person and that driver was absolutely right. Nothing to do with hotel but you have to reach there right. In morning everything’s get right. For Hotel: Man, there were mosquitos 😂 I was bitten on my ass badly and couldn’t sleep well in night but thats okay. I wish I would have contact someone in 2 midnight but guess throughout the whole process from Checkin to checkout, I had no Human Interaction. But this is good anyways. Love this virtual approach. But property was big with huge balcony.

Mosquitos, please help customers with some repellents.

The apartment was on perfect location! Next to the big and beautiful Zaimov park in the central part of Sofia. It is in the center of the town, but is very quiet, because of the park. We went in the wonderful little resraurant inside of the park with very tasty kitchens and very good prices. Very near on 5 minutes walking from the apartment you can find every thing that you need - supermarket, shops, farmancy, café shops and many others. The apartment was in a little block with reception. We were on the 4-th floor, but we used the elevator which is new and safe. The apartment was very clean and beautiful. The bed was soft and comfortable. The A/C was working very good, but we did not use it very much, because it was worm inside anyway.

The location of the apartment was perfect. It was near a quiet park and it had a metro station 5 min away from it. Furthermore, it had a private parking which was very much needed since we arrived there by car.

The only thing I would like to add is that the beds were a bit outdated and weren't very comfortable. It would be better if the property paid attention to this. Also, the shower needs some sort of a shower curtain, since the water splashed everywhere no matter how careful you are.

Clean, quiet, apartment was large, clean and nicely furnished. The people at the reception worked long hours on weekends and holidays. They were extremely helpful and polite. All in all - a perfect place to stay in Sofia with a perfect location to a park and the heart of Toronto avoiding the hustle and traffic of the center of the city.

A cozy apartment hotel located in a quiet street with easy reach of all the attractions and amenities in the heart of the city. The place is very well maintained. The bedroom and the living room with a kitchenette are clean, spacious and thoughtfully equipped with the most necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. The hotel was a great choice for our family trip and I definitely recommend it.

There was nothing in particular that we didn't like.

The location is perfect! The apartment is small but very nice and answers our expectations! It is perfect to stay for a few nights and explore central Sofia. Though minor inconveniences, would visit again!

It was confusing how we would retrieve the key, especially as we did not know our arrival time for sure. I prefer the box options for the key in general. There wasn't a hair dryer at the property.

There was no breakfast, but the apartment had a kitchenette, which was very useful. In other words, the apartment was very nice, close to a very good terrace, metro, and park, and relatively close to the city center.

Perhaps a dedicated shower area will improve the client's satisfaction. Other than this one, I do not see any negative aspect.

There are some reviews on google maps saying that this place is dirty and unconfortable. I did not encounter any of these. OK, the photos are photoshopped but overall you get what you paid for. In the appartment there is everything you need during a shorter or a longer stay. Location is good, subway station is nearby, within 10 mins of walk some good places for breakfast.

We only stayed overnight on the way, so our needs were met. If you need to stay longer, there are no rosettes on the second floor. The apartments are spacious, but lack a good master's hand in some areas. The place is quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbs your sleep.

A shower without partitions causes problems.

The all appliances were good enough. The internet and parking choice are great. The relevant girl at reception was quite helpful.

The bathroom should be decorated and the bed in the living room should be changed with a new one. Besides there must be curtain on the door of balcony.
