Nice stay, good breakfast, nice pool. The view of rooms facing west is blocked by ugly walls, however, recommended are the deluxe rooms facing the pool which have a nice open view

This Hotel is popular among people from India and Indian women of all ages jump into the swimming pool with all their clothes, turning it into a very unpleasant and unhealthy cultural experience.

The rooms and beds were huge, although it was a couple of beds pushed together but fine. Location was great, on soi bukhao but set back so it was nice and quiet.

I booked a Deluxe Room and I am glad I did. Nice big room with a King sized bed, cleaned and made-up daily. The balcony had a pool view and the room was quiet, although the hotel is in the heart of central Pattaya. The TV channels were a spread of different languages with about 4 of them being English language channels. House keeping was effective and friendly. My Housekeeper noticed that the AC remote wasnt working well and the AC unit was freezing up. So she changed the batteries in the former and called an engineer out to fix the latter, both done quickly and efficiently.

The only real irritation was the WIFI which was never strong and tended to fade out completely at times. This could be problematic if you need constant stable WIFI.

The hotel is a perfect location for a short or long stay in Pattaya. Very close to the nightlife, yet as it's off the main street the party noise is not intrusive. Plenty of parking if you're driving and not difficult to find. Whilst I did book a superior room, the huge size was somewhat pleasantly surprising.

Minor gripes. Noise from neighbouring rooms came through at night, could clearly hear the conversations. Whilst there was a very large balcony, the outlook was non-existant due to the barrier screen blocking the adjacent building. Would be nice to have bacon to accompany the fried eggs at breakfast. Minor gripes, but still excellent values and certainly no reason not to go back, which I surely will.

Rooms slightly dated and tired but public areas have been done up so maybe they are working around to it.

I liked the entire stay including spacious room, terrace, cozy sitting area, good toilet and toiletries. Despite of dated furniture it was greatly maintained and cleaned. a cabinet could be additional facility. The pool is awesome, outside but easy to access and enough big, normal water.

The Bed was uncomfortable, hard enough that i could feel the springs, the comforter was thin and very dated. the staff did not look comfortable with the guests, :) mostly expressionless, and the language barrier as usual.

I never had breakfast at the property as I am not a lover of buffets.
