Location was excellent for us to walk to restaurants and spas. Beautiful pool area .. plenty of loungers . Comfortable beds /clean rooms

I would have liked more choice for breakfast .. granola and yogurt would be nice .. more fruit perhaps .

Both pools were perfect especially the infinity pool with its palm tree jungle outlook. The lush green garden setting was well cared for and attractive to be in. The big room overlooked trees and palms. The staff were friendly and attentive. There were lots of other hotels and eating places nearby on the same road ranging from expensive to cheap and cheerful so there was a range that would appeal to all travellers. It was close enough to motorbike or walk to the Yoga Barn via the Monkey Forest exit road. There were still a few paddy fields around.

I ate at other nearby places.

An absolutely stunning resort. We stayed in the Jogolo House and it is exactly as pictured, so much space to spread out, very quiet and clean throughout. We had an airport pick up at 12am arrival and a transfer to Kuta after our stay, Doni drove us both times and he was exceptional, very good driver and told us all about the area. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a nice mix of western food and Indonesian food, the pool has a bar for afternoon drinks and the spa massages and facial were very good. We would definitely stay here again, very highly rated.

Nothing, everything for us was great!

- Friendly and helpful staff - location was ideal in a quieter but vibrant area with many good restaurants and services nearby - The rooms was spacious with a large bathroom - The breakfast buffet was surprising good for a smaller resort

If I had to find fault, perhaps the lighting could be improved in some areas of the footpath leading to the rooms.

The location was good and staff friendly and helpful. The pools were nice, and so were the grounds. Generally ok value but definitely in need of some maintenance- which we have found a lot of accommodations are the same. Even higher end ones.

There was a lot of mould in the room, not just in the bathroom but also the lampshades were mouldy and all around the room The cushions on the beds smelled bad, like they’d not been washed for years. There were renovations on other units on the property happening late into the night with loud power tools. The smell of the water was bad, at first we thought it was the toilets but it was also the shower water. The food was okay but the mozzies and flies in the restaurant quite distracting. It’s the little things that all add up.

The rooms and bathroom are beautiful, the grounds well maintained and pretty. All staff very pleasant and helpful. location was perfect for us , away from the hustle and bustle of the main ubud but can still walk or moped to main things. Lots of restaurants and shops right near. Short distance to monkey forest but we seen monkeys on the hotel street too! Air conditioning worked well, plenty of storage Pool area is so relaxing and great view of forest and good pool bar would 100% stay here again

My only very small thing is the spa music at the pool side gets a bit repetitive after a day or 2

Excellent location, short walk to main road Ubud which we could walk safely with all the cars & scooters. Many people walking to main road. Quiet deluxe room down the back of the property. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room very comfortable. Beautiful setting. 2 pools. Breakfast was good too. Good WiFi. Air Con works well.

Air con sounded the entire time but it was honestly not that annoying. We had a great stay. If your after watching TV it was only cable and picture is not good. Only a few channels in english. We just had phones & ipad and WiFi was very good.

Beautiful grounds and lovely pool areas.

We paid extra for a wooden house, which was a beautiful location, but I'm unsure it was worth the extra. No accessible plug sockets in the main room, only bathroom. Dim lights. Wardrobe in the bathroom. Still positive overall but wish we had got a more basic room.

We really really liked the location (close to Ubud palace, Monkey forest, Campuhan ridge walk and there are many great restaurants in the street where is hotel), pools and greenery everywhere! The room was very big and clean.

It could be cheaper because rooms are outdated a bit. Bathroom was especially old. I would give 10/10 if the room was newer.

The hotel was kind to offer us an upgrade to our reserved accommodation to a mini lodge by the second large pool which was a complete surprise. The large pool outside our lodge was very clean and the staff providing massage and drinks were good. Overall, we would stay again at the hotel again if we ever decide to visit Ubud next time around. The accommodation was clean and the staff offered to help when we asked for clean towels and room cleaning service.

Traffic: The hotel is located at the end of a long narrow street that can be accessed by car, bike from one side only which makes it difficult to come from other side (only by bike). The way to the hotel from main Ubud road can be clogged at times. There is a walkway to the parallel main street from the hotel by 10 min walk (and bike) which was not bad but it is a narrow street like everywhere in Ubud with passing bikes.
