The location was in walking distance to the main town and there were lovely walking routes right by the property. We got a lovely warm welcome from Emma, the room was beautiful. Spacious, clean and a huge bathroom with a great shower! Good breakfast too, thank you Lance! We would definitely stay here again, loved it.

The room was spacious and clean. The chairs in the room were comfortable. We had an upstairs room and had skylights. Our room also had a small fridge which was really nice. The property is about a 10 minute from downtown so we could easily walk to dinner. Lance and Emma were great hosts. We would definitely stay here again!

I did not have the breakfast so I cannot comment on that but it sounded lovely. The rooms were gorgeous, bright, and light-filled. The creek bubbled in the yard so we were soothed to sleep and we had nature view from our window. Perfectly situated outside of town for a short beautiful walk. Lovely home, lovely hosts.

The island in general is expensive but that is to be expected!

Room was spacious, beds comfortable, shower and bathtub were fantastic. I mean, I want that shower in my own home, it was so great. Breakfast was nice, Lance was very nice to chat with and gave us good recommendations. It was a lovely walk into town. We had dinner at the Cuillin Hills Hotel just a few steps away from the Orchard House which has the best view in town.

Our hosts were so welcoming and kind.We felt very much at home -the room was very big,included a fridge and great bathroom and beds. Easy walk into Portree for dinner. Will definitely stay here again-did I mention the breakfast?perfect.thank you Emma and Lance.

We really enjoyed our stay at Orchard House. Welcoming hosts who gave us some great tips for our visit to Skye, and cooked us a lovely breakfast each morning. Beds were super comfy and amazing bathroom - you should see the tub!!!

Large, bright, super comfortable and clean room, with all the right touches. Lance was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was tasty.

15-minute walk into town up and down hills was challenging for guest with knee issues, but was no problem for guest with unimpaired mobility!

Lance and Emma were wonderful hosts. They both couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable. Breakfast, was excellent and our remark abt the choice of jams was noted and we were handed a small sample to take home with us.

I had the best stay! The place gives you the feeling of a luxury hotel. Looks exactly like in the photos (and even better). 2 breakfast options and both delicious. 100% recommended!
