Booking.com. you ruined my entire stay cation. Your listing / booking. Stated room rate for two nights and a $50.00 deposit. When I arrive at 10pm after a 5 hour drive , I'm hit with a $50 a night per room fee. 200.00. You mislead me completely. I expect a full refund immediately.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms

The bar/restaurant was disappointing The bartender gave us check before we finished our food and drinks and we were not planning to leave yet. We even asked him if he was closing already and he said “no” After that he was trying to grab our glasses which were not empty yet We did not want to spoil our evening by arguing with him, but left at 9:30 pm very upset. The bar downstairs and great food one of the reasons we always choose this hotel. I guess now we will think twice before coming back

The only think I really was unsatisfy was in the breaskfast time. No one explained that the breaskfast is Restaurant style, meaning siting and wait. The waiting time was ridiculous, and 'cause of this situation our day schedule was affected. No other options just to sit and wait more than 45 minutes to have the breaskfast. Doesn't matter if is include in the stay or you pay for it, is the only option you can have.

bed was very comfortable, room nice & big, a/c cooled the room very well, cleansiness was excellent the room, hotel,lobby,restaurant and elevator was spacious not small or cramp. service was very nice. i requested a microwave in my room after finding out there wasn't one in there and they brought one to me with no extra charge. Now that was a plus

If they could've have a different breakfast meat the next day instead of the same meat mabe like bacon, sausage links the next day instead of the same sausage patties

The location was great. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bath was clean and amenities satisfactory. I would have liked the water pressure in the shower to be better and a newer carpet in the bedroom. Otherwise this is a great place to stay.

My overall stay was amazing! The breakfast was good, and the staff were impeccable! The front desk was very nice and welcoming. Everything was clean and comfortable. The 1 king bed suite was spacious. Overall, I was happy with my stay and will return again. Thanks Delta!

I liked how polite the girl was checking me in and quick. She made sure I knew where everything was and the hours of everything.

Just like a lot of other customers, you can literally hear everything in the hallway, BUT you could not hear people in other rooms at all.

The whole hotel was clean and the employees were all rather nice and accommodating.

No microwave in the room. And the doors aren't sealed properly so you can hear everything in the hallways.

The location and ease of accessibility to shopping centers. That it had a bar on site and didn’t have to leave for libations.

That the room didn’t have a microwave incase you had food that needed to be heated. Loud Guest running through out building.

Easy and quick check in by Lovey who was very helpful and friendly! The room was very quiet. For being on the first floor we heard no noise / footsteps coming from the room above us. Plenty of parking and the breakfast was very good!
