Rooms look great, I'm happy with a single bed. I was able to arrive after midnight but there is no 24h reception, I had to follow instructions at a lock box. Windows blocked the noise out well and I had a powerful fan. Receptionist replied very promptly to my last-minute request to arrive much later than I'd said.

If you are a tourist, I would recommend staying further towards the old town, because staying here you will have to get a bus from the hotel in to town. The area seemed OK at night when I got there, but 24h reception would have set my mind at ease because KLM messed up my flights and I arrived after midnight. They didn't clean or tidy the room while I was there, saying it was to help the environment, I do like it when hotels clean and tidy the rooms though.

The hotel is in a residential area, within walking distance to Altstadt. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and well appointed, with a little kitchen and a nice bathroom. They are illuminated with a variety of lighting, including nice indirect lights. We traveled during a heat wave, and were delighted to find that the our room had an air conditioner unit. They serve a nice breakfast, have friendly and very helpful staff. After checkout, we were able to leave our bags in the reception until late afternoon, to be able to go sightseeing. For those who might want to arrive late it is worth mentioning that there is no 24h reception; they close at 7pm.

The hotel has limited parking, and if they reach capacity, guests have to obtain a daily permit and resort to street parking. Finding an empty spot can be a bit tricky.

Everything. It seemed to be a shame that I was staying there on my own. And I did not have time to use the bath. I had a look into other rooms through the open doors and the all looked great.

I just wanted to point out that the windows high up can be opened completely. Which is NORMAL for Germany. However, people from ie the UK are not used to this. They are used to over the top health and safety rules, as are other nations. And Heidelberg brings out emotions. Good and bad. Romance. Rejection? People drink a fair bit in Heidelberg (wine!!!). I guess some people stand at those windows, basically drunk and disinhibited. I think it would be wise to put some sort of lock on the windows, so one can open them for air, but not accidentally fall/jump out of said windows.

The hotel is located within walking distance from the old town in a very nice building. It has quite a nice style inside and is cosy. My room was equipped in everything that may be needed during a short work & sightseeing stay. Staff is very kind and speaks good English. Breakfast buffet is rather modest but fresh & tasty.

I am struggling a bit with evaluating the cleanliness in this hotel. On one hand sheets and towels were fresh and clean, restaurant was also super clean but at the same time the toilet was surely not deeply cleaned before my arrival which was clearly visible with a bare eye look. Window shades had quite a lot of dust in between their parts. Although the rest of the room was clean, such things make you question if they were indeed cleaned before your stay or they just look like they were.

It’s located close to the old city, the tram is nearby also but it’s a quiet area also. The reception staff were exceptional. We needed some medical assistance which isn’t easy for American visitors. They made several calls and found a doctor that could see us right away for an examination and to administer a precautionary vaccination. The reception staff showed us where restaurants we were most interested in were located, summoned taxi several times and assisted with luggage. They did all this with smiles and fun attitude. Mariam, Jessica and Monica made our 4 night stay exceptionally fun and we will stay at this hotel on any future visit.

Location from the airport and the facilities . It's so huge that you don't need to go out of the property . Beach is also just very near and clean !

The "SPA" inside the beach . It's a big scam.The work done is not worth the amount you paid and obviously, they are not professionals . So my advice is , don't do any spa or massage /manicure there . The food at the buffet restaurants . Not a lot of choices , it's the same every single day and some are recycled for the dinner time . But the quantity of the supply is endless though .

Location is superb, finding parking on street was easy and for a Saturday night stay is free on many surrounding roads. Hotel very comfortable, nice fridge and kitchenette in studio. Only reason for not giving high score for staff is we arrived after hours so was self service to access hotel, bit that was very straight forward.

The only grumble is the odd shaped bath which meant showering was a bit awkward. The ordinary double room just had stand alone shower which would have been better.

The hotel is near the city center. There are three buses (No. 29, 39, 39A) passing by the hotel, and the name of the stop is Hans-Böckler-Straße. If you have very heavy luggage, get off at this stop and the hotel is less than a one-minute walk away. The hotel is very spacious and quiet. For a long stay, this hotel is a good choice; however, there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.

The room was great, with a small fridge and cooktop, and a large bathroom with a bath. The room had many lights, and a very nice indirect lighting option. Reception was helpful and accepted my early check-in request.

The bathroom lighting was insufficient, and it was a bit dark inside. The breakfast was good, but a bit expensive for what it offers.

Good location, 15min walk to train station and 15min to the university campus. Big room with three windows.

The cleaning is scheduled once in two days. We are ok with vacuum and replacing towels every other day but at least trash should be removed daily. We also needed to remind the reception to send cleaners to our room: one day they didn’t come when supposed to.
