Staff was EXCELLENT! Easy check in/out. Pretty new hotel with contemporary decor. Room was nice with a great layout. We got a queen suite that had 2 queen beds and a couch that made into a trundle bed that comfortably fit 1 person on each, though 2 people could sleep on the top bed if they didn't mind being cozy. We had our 2 grandsons sleep over 1 night, so the trundle needs came in quite handy. The front desk provided all the linen and pillows with no extra charge. Room was clean, though not perfect... could use some edge vacuuming. Was really handy that the "toilet room" was completely separate from the main bathroom. Indoor Pool area was clean and nice. Pool was VERY warm...truly like being in a bathtub, which was nice unless you were talking a dip to cool down. Breakfast bar was okay, but not great. Better than having to go somewhere else to eat. They had hot oatmeal with various toppings, cold cereal, simple pastries, scrambled eggs, undercooked sausage (in my opinion, but people were eating them), toast/bagels, and a waffle maker (they need to have 2 because the line for making them was quite long on the weekend, coffee, milk, juice, hot chocolate, and tea. We'll def stay there again when we return.

Dim lighting - darkest hotel room I've been in. Bathroom light was unacceptable for applying makeup. Coffee maker in room was only so-so. Would like to see them include 2 chairs instead of just one since there is a desk and a small table, though there is a nice sized couch for seating. Also, a more detailed vacuuming job especially around the edges. It wasn't too bad as I've seen a lot worse, just could be better. Beds were pretty darn firm... they need a topper for better comfort.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! I called the day prior about checking in early and making sure they had enough cribs. The lady was so kind and told me to call back when I landed in SAT and she would make sure. I called back the next day once I landed and she reassured me I could check in early and the pack n play was already set up in my room. The staff made traveling with a 3 month old super easy!! I will be staying here again! The breakfast spread was delicious!

I didn’t dislike this but wish I would have known, house keeping cannot make the bed/change out the sheets if your personal items are on the bed. I had my boppy pillow and daughter’s blanket on the bed when we had left for the day. Not a complaint but something I didn’t know!

I hate myself for not booking it with my flight, we had originally booked econo lodge with our flight and it was a terrible experience that i will never forget! our stay was to be 3 nights, but the very next morning we left econo lodge and checked in with Spring Hills. Next time we fly out to visit our airman for sure we will be staying at Spring Hills!

Beds were comfortable, bathroom & shower layout was nice. Plenty of space for a family of 6. Breakfast was really good! My family enjoyed the room. The general manger was sooo nice , I explained to her the issue with the bed bug shedding and she immediately gave us a discount. I cannot remember her name but she had glasses and dark hair. Very sweet & understanding!!

When we entered our room it seemed like the housekeeping did a quick job on cleaning . The ice box had sticky stuff. Sheets were full of hair & I’m pretty sure our pull out sofa had bed bugs there were skin sheddings on the sofa. I had to go out and buy a sheet to put on top to make sure. We had to request a cleaning the next morning .

Great for a family! … I loved how close it was to Seaworld. There are restaurants and stores near by. Loved that there was a target near by!

Everything was great… however, the pool was ice cold… not sure if there is a pool warmer? Even when it’s hot outside. Other than that it was a nice stay!

And while this hotel has been around for years, it is still one of our favorites with the layout consisting of separate rooms for the bathroom and shower, and the pseudo isolated front sofa and desk.

A bit of construction going on but the only real (and very minor) disruption was that I wanted to print out some tickets knowing that they had a business center. That didn't exist due to construction and I really didn't need to print the tickets anyway.

Everything the space the cleanliness,the customer service and although the pool was under maintenance and the ice machines were out of order they went out of their way to make sure we were okay and doing well..

breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Staff helpful. Room was very clean .

Our sink had a large crack in it. and toilet room door frame had foot long piece missing. Shower room way too small. No room to hang towels and put cosmetics. Sink in toilet room too small. Why not just knock wall out between the two rooms and make one bathroom. Difficult finding space to put things in the bedroom.

The staff is very helpful, polite and professional. The property is in a great location with many amenities close by and the hotel is very clean and smells good.

The beds aren’t comfortable and the breakfast isn’t good.

The size , friendliness of the staff was about to get all 29 of us on the same floor next door to eachother

Room had dirty socks and under wear in it . Breakfast was not good . Only the waffles
