Overall great. Would've liked to seen potatoes or bacon as well for breakfast.

Hotel was nice. Room was nice.

We had 5 people in a suite and there was only 2 coffees, no cream and sugars. Only 2 large towels , no wash clothes and 2 hand towels. We tried to ask housekeeping for more and she said she spoke no English!!!!! Really?? United States and you work here but speak no English?? Rude and was not nice when we asked!! Front desk girl was very sweet and helpful!! Pool looked very cloudy and not inviting. Not enough bedding or pillows for trundle bed. Probably would not stay here again .

Breakfast was good. My family and I could easily walk along the river from the hotel without needing a car. The bed was comfortable, and the price was very attractive for a location so close to the Riverwalk.

The breakfast area was too crowded, so it took time to prepare the waffles. The hotel is a bit dark inside, maybe adding better lighting would create a more comfortable atmosphere. But these are just suggestions if you want to improve. For breakfast, I would set up two areas with the same food to reduce crowding and long lines. Each area could be placed on opposite sides of the room for better flow.

The first night we were there, there was a very loud check-in at 4:30am and then somebody was yelling "open the f***ing door" 3 times. This was at 7:30am in the morning. Very loud. Told the front desk about both occurrences. After that our stay was great. There were two TVs, giving both my son and I an option to watch different shows. The pool was at a nice temp, after walking all day, it was great place to cool down. The breakfast, during the week, would have liked to end at 10 instead of 9am. Rick was helpful finding a place to eat one day. The ladies at the desk were also helpful. The whole staff was great. I would stay here again, if in San Antonio again. Very convenient location, only a few blocks off the riverwalk. The Riverwalk was my main reason for visiting. My son's was the Alamo, easy walk from hotel. We did and saw everything we wanted do see. We walked over 40 miles during the week. The area felt safe to walk at night. Weather was very HOT though.

The rooms and dinning are very clean, the room is quite spacious. The staff is friendly and are willing to fulfill the requests. The hotel is very close to the riverwalk and some other tourist attractions.

The hotel was very busy, so at breakfast, some items ran out pretty quickcly and the staff couldn't refill them as quickly as they should have, but I think it was an exception as there was a holiday in mexico, so many people traveled to San Antonio. There is a 28 USD fee for parking which was not communicated at the check in, having an small parking lote, and another extra not paved, there should not have a parking fee.

Breakfast was great. Good variety. I love that the family room is separate from the bedroom in the suites. The beds were super cozy. Great kitchenette. And two tv's!! We didn't have to watch Bluey with the kids! The pool was fab and our kids couldn't get enough. They wanted to swim all day rather than go sightseeing!

Our only complaint was the waffle station line but you fixed that this morning! Wow! What service! I wish there were mirrors in the bathroom but not a big deal. The laundry machines are very confusing to use. And one didn't work so I lost money, as did the guy before me. And on the working machine I would hold down the cycle I wanted (cold) and it never would do it. It would pick its own. (warm). That was frustrating. And one dryer sounds like an airplane taking off for the entire hour. I pity the people beside, above and below that room.

Variety of hot cooked breakfast items. It was kept stocked. The sitting area was nice so we didn’t feel cramped.

Breakfast was too crowded on the weekends.would like a little later breakfast on the week days. There was no syrup the entire 5 day stay for waffles. Coffee was always just warm, not hot. TV did not work in the bedroom but just watched the working tv in the sitting room. There was a financial mistake on the hotels part but they corrected it as promised. However; if I would not have caught it, I would have received a sucker punch.

Great location!!!! Walking distance to the riverwalk. Lots of things to do near by. Room was comfortable and spacious. The pool was nice too. Front desk ladies were really nice and friendly.

Not a lot of selection for breakfast. The first morning they had pre packaged waffles and neither my kids and I liked them. They were gross, and the prepackaged egg sandwiches weren't too good either. The second day they actually had batter to make your own waffles. A lot better...but not much of a selection. The location made up for the bad breakfast. 👍🏻

The room was glorious!! So clean and beautiful and fresh - the AC was nice and cool!!! I loved the extra front room with trundle bed, which we didn't need, but was nice to know it was there ;) The fridge was bigger than a standard hotel room fridge, we could fit all our water bottles, and even leftover dinner food in there! The staff was EXCEPTIONAL!! Sarah took care of us, even though the crazy storm in Katy delayed us checking in by hours!! Leanne at breakfast was amazing! So sweet and helpful, and so fast at refilling foods and making sure everyone was taken care of!!! We really loved our stay here!!!

Staff was friendly and excellent. Every single one of them. The front desk, the breakfast ladies, the cleaning ladies, and even the maintenance gentlemen. All acknowledged my presence and allowed me to go first when entering the elevator or hallways. Every thing was clean and tidy. The breakfast area was small, the bar wasn't open, there was a toilet paper holder in the bathroom on the floor when I checked in but the people were fantastic!

Just the things listed below. We'll done folks!!! The room was a bit on the larger side, which was awesome!!!
