A house with many rooms. Practically a maze in there. Thoughtful amenities. Eg. a dedicated baby room with its own potty with flushing sounds and a wine bar with bottles of wine for sale. Clear instructions for checking out and labels on switches to indicate which rooms they are for. Handheld shower heads in the shower stalls. Heater in the bathrooms for winter. Dust free floorboards and clean bedlinen. 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet. Well-equipped laundry room and kitchen. Overall, it is a very clean and comfortable place.

Shower stalls do not have doors. Bedrooms do not have air-conditioning for the hot days, though they do have ceiling fans.

Awesome house at Warrnambool for our golf trip. Perfectly located for easy access to both Warrnambool and Port Fairy golf course's which are sensational. The house is huge with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Great kitchen facilities living and outdoor areas. The house is spotlessly clean with plenty homely touches to make your stay very comfortable. Congrats to owners Ron and Debbie - you have thought of everything to make Austral Place 88 a great place to stay.

Accommodation was huge! Clean and had everything you needed whether for a short stay like us or longer. Everything was thought of including the small things like cube extensions for lots of chargers etc. Everything was done to a high quality and standard. We even had some free nibbles provided!

A few trucks in the area moving around late at night but weren't really loud or a bother, just something to be aware off.

This property was amazing. For a big place it still felt cosy. It was equipped with everything you would need and the owner was more than happy to drop off another gas bottle when we discovered that the one we had was nearly empty. Highly recommend if you are travelling as a group.

Couldn't find anything wrong

Loved the fact that everything you needed was right there, from condiments to kitchen utensils. The welcome basket was appreciated as was the wine available for purchase.

As an older person I found the couch uncomfortable and too low but in the overall scheme of things a small inconvenience

The space was beautifully decorated, spotless, and had everything I needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better. The hosts were a fantastic, very responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay.

Our stay at Ron & Debbie's Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The place was even better than the photos—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal, and will defiantly stay again

Everything. Lovely accommodation. Spacious. Plenty of bathrooms. Friendly and accommodating hosts. We had a blackout during our stay, and they Graciousky brought us some LED lights

There wasn't a spatula in the kitchen, lol Only some rooms had streaming services

We had such a good experience with this accommodation. The place is so lovely and comfy furnished. The kitchen has everything you need and wish for. We got a welcome box with some snacks and our contact with the staff (especially Ron) was super friendly! The whole house was super clean. We were really sad, that we just stayed for one night.

The home was spacious, so everyone had own private area. Location was quiet, and close to our planned activities. Beds were comfortable.

This is petty, but the rocks in the parking area were too big. Elderly parents were a bit unstable walking on them.
