Central location in lively area with very nice terraces, coffee shops, top restaurants etc.

There was a weird smell that would hit you the moment you would enter the apartment. The more we stayed in, the more unpleasant the smell had become. It was in the sheets, in the room, everywhere. We had to spray the apartment and the sheets with perfume to be able to stay in. Outside, right next to both windows, there was a light that stayed on for a couple of hours during the night. There was nothing that we could do to stop it and the light was quite strong. The bathroom sink is very small - airport size. For a very short stay, it’s manageable. The sofa did not seem clean. Service and communication with the reception staff was prompt and excellent.

Loved the location, very easy to access points of interest. The apartment had good artwork and architecture so there was some visual interest. Kitchen was fully equipped although we didn’t cook. We did use the washing machine which did well and had a dryer function, and there is a rack to hang things outside. Housekeeping came in and did the room daily, a nice touch. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again.

The hosts were responsive to email, but no touches of hospitality. A local map, restaurant recommendations, some tea or coffee packets would have been appreciated.

The apartment was great. It was very well-appointed, clean and comfortable. The shower was excellent. Towels and bed linen were of high quality. The sofa bed was very comfortable. We didn't do any cooking but we did use the microwave. There was a really good bakery nearby on Calle d'Ercilla which opens at 7am and sells good bread and great croissants and there was a good Dia supermarket quite close too. We were very close to the Central Market which has a vast choice of fresh produce. Cathedral Square was very close too. There are lots of places to choose from to eat and drink near the apartment.

It was very noisy at night often until 2pm-ish and the shutters did nothing to block out the noise. It was also noisy a couple of mornings around 7.30 with rubble falling into a skip and then being removed. This is my only negative comment.

Amazing location in the centre of things. Great bars and restaurants virtually outside. Market 2 minutes away. Very well equipped (washing machine, dish washer etc). Extremely clean. French windows with access to private terrace. Very quick response to any questions

Interior a little 'cold'. Grey floors, grey walls, limited natural light, no plants or other 'softening' features. On the other hand it was perfectly comfortable and a nice cool retreat from the heat outside. Would have been nice to have some cleaning products for kitchen and bathroom (don't want to purchase all these when only there for one week).

Absolutely loved the accommodation. Staff were super friendly and helpful and very accommodating of English, the flat was pristine, so clean, and we had everything we needed, it was beautiful. Lovely and cool inside when it was very hot outside, beautiful tall ceilings, a mix of modern and historic with the building. We had a terrace which was the cherry on top! This apartment really made our holiday experience.

The only possible thing we could think of is some noise Thursday -saturday evenings, but to be honest it's worth it for the spectacular location- you're in the centre of everything! You easily get used to the noise too and adjust your sleeping pattern accordingly.

This was a perfect location, just a few minutes’ walk to the historic centre of Valencia. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The shower was excellent and the host provided soaps and shower gel. Everything was spotless. The apartment was very peaceful and quiet with no noise from outside.

The only issue with lack of communication. We didn’t receive check in instructions so had to call when we arrived at the apartment, only to be told we had to walk round to a separate reception building to collect the key. We also had to check out before that reception building was open (hours are 10am to 8pm) on our last day but didn’t have instructions on where to put the key. We sent a message the evening before but didn’t receive any reply before check out time.

Being very central to the old city of Valencia. We have visited many times as our son lives there and never tire of the experience. The vibrancy of the city is wonderful with lots of young people out enjoying themselves, walking, drinking in the bars or eating out. There never appears to be any drunkenness and the city is kept very clean. Valencia is well known for the graffiti on the buildings, some of which is amazingly artistic.

It was quite noise well into the early hours of the morning because the apartment is in a small side road that has busy vars at either end and a couple of restaurants in the street. This did not bother us particularly because it was the price you pay for being so central. Not ideal though if you want a very quiet peaceful night.

Really easy to collect the keys from the friendly reception. Our appt was ready even though we arrived earlier than the check in time expecting to leave our luggage. Beautiful, stylish, clean, safe apartment, amazing terrace. Great location in the old town, a quiet apartment really close to great restaurants and bars. We were able to walk to all parts of the city and even made it to the beach. We had the most fantastic break. Thank you

A tiny issue but the noise of the fridge kept me awake, I couldn't see how to unplug it. So I purchased ear plugs and slept brilliantly. Everything else was even better than we expected.

Excellent location,very modern and ultra clean place,as previous reviews said its very well equipped, with all you would ever need-in the kitchen, in the bathroom,all! Comfy bed as well

It's quite noisy, high ceilings from which I could hear the couple above us in the bedroom talking, and later that day-their baby crying quite a lot. It says In the description that it's sound proof but you hear your neighbours even when they talked normal, also at night as the week progressed it was noisy on the street as well-very quiet on Monday and Tuesday, starting to get noisier on Wednesday and Thursday and really noisy Friday and Saturday evening. Even though its a small street. Also, I left apples and bananas on the kitchen table and got crazy ant problem! Ants were coming from under and behind the washing machine, never even thought keeping fruits would attract them, also-in winter, there was lots of them!

Check in went smooth, we were able to leave our luggage at reception until the apartment was ready. Apartment was spacious and clean. It is located in the Old Town, so you can walk to lots of attractions. Nice restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, but still silent for a good night rest.

Overall everything was great. Just a small improvements would make the stay even better. The double bed in one bedroom is quite small. And it would be great if we had capsule coffee machine as well (kettle and moka pot is available).
