We had a lovely stay in Bologna in this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and close to the town centre via the 14 or 21 bus, or about 15 minutes to walk. We especially enjoyed eating out in the local restaurants very nearby, where local people eat. Silvia was a great hostess, and helped with a lot of information. It was really convenient to be able to leave our bags on the last day as we had a late flight, and Silvia even organised a taxi for us. A tip to a first visitor to Bologna - if there is more than one of you travelling, it is cheaper and very much more comfortable to get a taxi from the airport than to use the Marconi Express to the central station.

- The host is especially welcoming, a really nice presence and very open to discussions. She can handle herself with English; - The Garder is the main attraction and as a fact the reason for choosing this place and I gotta say it does not disappoint, not one bit; - The house is indeed old, but very much clean with air conditioning/heating, clothes hangers, seif, somewhat comfortable beds and definitely comfortable couch, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee making machine, water heating machine, a huge variety of tea, coffe supplied on the house, everything you need in the bathroom/kitchen and the water heats pretty much instantly; -There are a lot of trattoria and bars around, some of them opened until 23:00/00:00 in case of late arrival. Same goes for markets; - The park behind the property is a nice touch in case you need more 'green and nature' than the garden; - Upon arrival the host has greeted us with a bottle of local Sparkling Wine, a really nice touch for a very good first impression.

- The breakfast consists of pre bagged pastries(comercial ones), little pods of jam/honey/Nutella and some crispy bread. You definitely need to have a sweet thooth to actually eat those in the morning otherwise it is basically a glucose shot in the morning; - The water pressure is not really there and the towels were not changed daily neither you had more of them per person; - There would be an awesome benefit to provide outside/inside flip-flops for guests.

The property was pristine, had a lot of amenities that were being refilled every day. It is walking distance from the city centre with a lot of options for food around. The host Silvia was absolutely incredible, helped us so much in how to traverse the city and points of interest, she also helped us sorting out taxis to the airport when we were leaving. I would 100% recommend staying in here!

We had a wonderful stay in Bologna near Giardino Vittorio Melloni. The location was perfect—quiet and close to the park, yet just a short walk from the city center. The apartment was clean and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was fantastic, very welcoming, and always available for any questions or recommendations. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Bologna!

The shower door needs a bit of fixing.

Felt like a home from home. Cool in the hot weather and I’m sure it would be cosy when it’s colder - lovely decor and really comfy beds. This stop was part of a road trip from Scotland and we couldn’t have been more glad of having a calming space of our own to stay in Beautiful garden which our dog loved, nearby a nice park in a quiet and traditional neighbourhood and within walking distance to the town centre past lots of interesting shops, bars, restaurants and green spaces. Silvia the owner is a true gem, lovely person and so helpful and accommodating. Our dog was made so welcome, which is always a real bonus for us. Located out of the center of Bologna but still close enough to walk into town. Being out of the centre means you have access to a garden and overlook the local park when you stay and the area around the apartment is very quiet. You also get access to a whole host of locals restaurants serving high quality meals. The flat is very well equipped and even came with a kettle and tea pot (seriously helpful for we Brits). The apartment comes with aircon, but with mosquito nets over every window, we did not use it as we could get a cool evening breeze through the flat. Silvia was very helpful and friendly with loads of local information.

We have been travelling in two for a concert at Stadio Renato Dall’ Ara and simply falled in love with the apartment. Cozy, clean, all supplies needed, comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent breakfast and coffee. The location is great, you can reach the city center via a nice walk. The neighbor is lovley - bars, supermarkets, etc. Silvia (the host) is simply amazing person, kind, nice and available. We felt like at home. We strongly recommend the apartment and for sure will be back. Thank you Silvia for the care and for making our stay so pleasant.

Breakfast was very handy - cereals, cereal bars, tea & coffee plus a voucher for the local bakery. Ideal for friends or a small family to visit Bologna for a few days.

A little dated but perfect if you are just sleeping and visiting. The shower could do with an upgrade but the water was hot and everything worked - so overall no issues

Sylvia was friendly and helpful. She gave us great recommendations for dinner. She greeted us at check in and checkout and was available by text in between. The unit had a nice garden and backed on to a park. It was quiet and roomy.

A clean and spacious apartment. Bright and comfortable with plenty of air con and fans that kept us cool in the heat. Silvia is an exceptionally attentive host who provided us with plenty of advice and help to make the most of our stay. Unusually for a central accommodation, there is a very pretty and private garden which was great to relax in before heading out for the evening. You can't go wrong spending a few nights here.
