What a hidden gem! We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is spot-on—right in the heart of everything, yet tucked away among beautiful trees with the beach just a stone’s throw away. The cabins? Immaculate, spacious, and packed with everything you need for a comfy, relaxed stay. Even though we were only there for a quick overnight stop, the experience left a lasting impression. We arrived super late and left early, but the team didn’t miss a beat. Their after-hours check-in process was seamless—complete with a hand-highlighted map that made finding our cabin a breeze. That kind of thoughtful, personalized service is so rare these days—city hotels could definitely take notes! We’re already planning our return trip, this time to soak up more of the pool, beach, and all the amazing amenities we didn’t have time to enjoy. Can’t recommend this place highly enough—five stars across the board!

The location is gorgeous 😍 the park is beautiful Newer cabins were nice to stay in. The park is a good size and access to beach and beautiful tracks. I've visited Coffs before but not this location and i have to say emerald beach is my favourite location around Coffs.

-Neigbours the cabin behind us would continue to yell and make noise after 10pm curfew till up to about midnight and a staff member was told on first night she did say to ring back if it get worse but we were exhausted and they continued for 3 nights of our stay even yelling outside our window the second night, it's was busy due to a tag competition. -the fire alarm keep making noise near entry door -new grate drain overflowed and nearly flooded the bathroom I had theses drain in a previous house, so i know they need to be lifted to clean out hair etc every week and when Iifted it I removed a bandaid and hair so it was a little horrible to deal with, so it's worth noting for cleaners to check theses drains.

Room was clean and well presented, placed was well located , checkin was easy and efficient , courteously bus was available to local pub if you want a night off from cooking, but room was fully equipped with utensils to cook.. park small walk to the beach which is great and facilities in park pool etc were on point.

With my particular room there was air con which was nice, but the air con and ceiling fan was located in the living area and no fan was located in the room itself. The room was well insulated but given the heat during this period a fan located in the room would be ideal. TV in the cabin was not a smart TV and wasn't able to streaming content from phone to TV. I believe these issues were because I selected the cheapest cabin and I would say if you can upgrade the a more premium cabin in the park. These things aside still enjoyed my stay and will.return.

The cabin had plenty of room, and having the washing machine and dryer made the world of difference to our stay. The kids loved the pool, jumping pillow when it was up, they also loved the little water park it was a bummer that the main slide was out of action though. Would definitely stay again.

Didn't like the stained sheets that were on the main bed. Didn't like that the bunk beds were not made. Just the car space was very tight for our car. If we parked in the car space, we were steeping out onto the plants

I loved everything about the cabin we stayed in at Discovery Park, it was spotlessly clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. I absolutely loved the bed it was so comfortable and just what I needed after driving all day. There was also a trail directly from the park to beautiful Emerald beach. There were only two of us but it would be great for families too because of all the kids attractions. I would certainly go back there. The manager was a lovely lady and very welcoming.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like I loved it.

Always a hit with the kids here even though it was winter. Lots of riding Scooters, bikes, jumping on the pillow, playing in the park. One swim but it was too cold for the splash park. We hired the little go carts which the kids loved. The park was busy but quieter this school holidays, less families staying. Was generally peaceful and calm.

The main bedroom (we were upgraded to a delux) desperately needs block out curtains. In was like dawn all night long with the light from the camp kitchen directly opposite. I seriously missed out on some sleep with a toddler thinking it was morning at all hours of the night. Otherwise we loved it as always. The cabins are really starting to show some wear and tear and I assume are being dealt with one at a time. We will be back regardless when the weather warms up again.

We loved this park. Very authentic place easy access to the beach. We booked a lovely new cabin in a nice part of the park and loved the facilities provided within. It’s close to the general store, bottle shop, restaurant and coffee place. We also took the courtesy bus to the Moonee Beach Tavern on Anzac Day which is a great service. We got some extremely awful weather but it didn’t dampen our spirits as we were high and dry in the cabin. Very relaxing.

Great location for our family of 5 in a delux 2b cabin. There was a slight issue in the first cabin and staff went above and beyond to accomodate and move us straight away into a more appropriate spot. We would have loved the pool and the jumping pillow to open a bit earlier as I think 9am is quite late in the morning for a lot of families with kids. Beds were super comfy, kitchen was well equipped :) food cart was a nice addition over the weekend.

Clean and modern cabin with lots of storage and super close to the beach and the tiny little town. If we lived closer we’d definitely come back! Kids loved the activities and the bush turkeys, kookaburras and wallabies at the back door.

When an adult walked in the cabin, the floor vibrated/swayed like with an earthquake. For one night stays the floor space for luggage was very small and the stove was tiny (one small pot, one small pan). We got by!

The new cabins are the best I have been so far - super new, high tech and comfortable. A bit tight on space, but functional enough to compensate for that. Heated pool was of a good size, volleyball court and half basketball. The beach is descent too. The best value for money

Just a suggestion for the venue: get the clothes drying rack/stand for the cabins - would make it much better and stop patrons from hanging stuff on the chairs and rails
