Location ist just perfect. Right around the corner at the main shopping street and the Toledo metro station. Many restaurants and bars in the area and a lot of things within walking distance. Room was very clean and absolutely enough space for 2 people. Bed felt very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 2 things i would like to say but are not negative from my perspective: Mostly theres nobody at the reception but in our case it didn't really matter. They were there for check in and always available online via booking.com-Messenger. Maybe a mobile would be great and easier connection? The included breakfast contains one drink and one croissant (or anything else) which is called typically napolitean and is served in a coffee house next door. I can't remember if this is clear from the booking but should be known if you like to eat a lot for breakfast (of couse you can always buy more).

Well theres basically nothing I can say we were super happy with our stay there. :)

The location is very accessible, central, and very well positioned in relation to attractions and public transport. If you want to visit Naples, this accommodation is very well located. The room was clean, well maintained, and has a beautiful view. It was a pleasant stay and I gladly recommend it.

There are no negative aspects. It is worth mentioning that there is no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, there are a few stairs to climb.

Location is the key. Steps from a metro stop, a grocery store, the main shopping street in Naples, the historic district, restaurants…need I say more? You have to climb one set of stairs to get to the elevator. IstayinToledo guest house is on the second floor of an apartment building. It took me a bit to find it. The security is fantastic. There is a lobby host for the building during the weekdays. On the weekend, you have a key as the outer door is locked to the public. On the second floor, you have to card swipe to get into the suite of rooms and then card swipe into your own room. Lots of room for one in my room, the purple one. Bathroom shower was great. Very comfortable bed. My contact was Camilla who responded promptly with an issue with the sink. She had numerous restaurant and sightseeing recommendations when I checked in and booked me an early morning taxi to the airport when I left. The office was open to all guests even when someone wasn’t staffing. You had access to the terrace with chairs and tables, umbrellas, books etc. I was very happy with my stay and was sad when it was fully booked when I returned to Naples. Thank you so much!

Great location in the centre of Toledo, just next to the Spanish quarter. Easy walkable access to the main points of Naples. Very clean comfortable and well equipped rooms. Amazing stuff and great extra amenities! Breakfast was a typical (very good) Italian breakfast coffee and pastry in the cafe in the same building.

It was a little bit loud during the night but it's a very central location over the main street! They had earplugs available though!

Romina is very kind. The room is ok. Is in the center and very ok the zone. The conditions are very ok. The room was prepared until the ckeck-in.

The noise. Is noise outside, but is very noisy even inside. The room is very small. The breakfast is coffee and croissant. Nothing for the child and adults that doesn't eat sugar. You have to pay the one tax for visiting but this is in all towns.

IstayinToledo was a very clean & comfortable stay. From Google Maps we expected a 30 minute walk from Napoli Centrale but seemed to take a long time uphill. So in hindsight we would have taken the Metro which is right next to the accommodation! It is in a very busy part of town so a little hard to find but our host found us. Great spot in the centre of cafe’s and markets but upstairs & has a lovely balcony above the rabble. An easy 15 minute walk to our fabulous food tour that evening. Unfortunately we left too early in the morning to have the cafe breakfast included.

Location is excellent right above the Toledo metro stop. Very nice and helpful staff, free espresso and water, great common balcony overlooking Via Toledo. Room was cleaned well every day, has all you need.

It does get noisy at night, you will have to sleep with the windows closed and AC ON. Nothing too serious but Napoli in general is noisy 🤣

The location is perfect and could not be any better. We were helped in booking a taxi and could not be more thankful for that. We would not have known what to do to get a taxi for 3:30am. THANK YOU!!!

When we saw the paper for breakfast that it was a drink and a pastry, we didn't even try to make the breakfast. Being from America, we're used to fruit, eggs, toast, cereals, toast, etc.

Breakfast - location great, service great, for only a coffee and croissant Rooms were nice, very clean, Camilla was very attentive even though not present at all times she was very responsive. Place is on Main Street in middle of Town.

Could not find IstayinToledo!! Web site picture is building across street which led me to believe that was the location. I needed to call and thankfully Camilla literally came on balcony and directed me. I did not know what floor and walked stairs a bit but had to call again. Road is blocked so driver had to drop off a street away and pointed in direction for us to go.

Very central location easily reachable by public transportation. Lots of restaurants around. Free water filter machine was nice. Value for money was reasonable in my opinion.
