I loved the location and view especially, the room was perfect for myself, and the bathroom was nice also.

There was a couple who argued in the early hours of the morning which disturbed all of us in the building with the swearing and everything. Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay. Thankyou.

Definitely has a view of Hobart from the living room

Poorly worded listing - the room with a mountain view that states it doesn't share a bathroom like the other listing's DOES share a bathroom and is more of a box room than a double room. Room facilities listed are contained within the shared property as a whole. The hot tub is actually the property's bath. The bath listed for the room is the only bath in the house and is shared and is on a separate floor. This listing is for a room in a sharehouse/ unstaffed hostel. Tea and coffee making facilities offered but with no milk. Not proficiently cleaned before entry.

Common area views were incredible. Huge storage area space in room and lovely modern his hers shower and basins. Bed was comfortable and felt nice and clean.

Everyone was very quiet but you could clearly hear anyone in the hallway, so we felt like we were hiding in our bedroom away from the parents ;) I would have loved a kettle +tea service in the room so i wouldn't have to go upstairs to the common area and socialize with strangers for my morning coffee.

Location was great the upper apartment would-be nicer however easy check in and out had a couple issues that are being worked out

The shower curtain rail falling off and both ends to them see they where Double side taped on. Then sitting on bed next morning and slats collapsed

Fabulous views over Hobart. We were fortunate to be upstairs, so were able to make good use of the very spacious kitchen, dining and lounge area. It was wonderful to have full laundry facilities.

Minor problems only. Some of the electric blinds didn't work, so early morning sun was a minor issue, but could be a big problem in summer. Ducted airconditioning upstairs was nice, but when the other upstairs room was also rented it created an issue meeting temperature comfort levels of all parties. The kitchen had very little cooking equipment (pots and pans etc) and there were no water glasses.

Property offered an amazing view, easy check in, and free parking. Ensuite was incredible.

Only issues we had was the water pressure being a bit weak ( but not too bad), and the bed was a bit hard, but still had a great night sleep.

It was good value for money, place was clean and good views of the Hobert especially at night

Made a hasty 8pm booking out of necessity with little to no research. Upon arrival we were amazed by the stunning view of a glittering picturesque Hobart, opened front door to a modern, stylish foyer, auto sensor lighting, polished floors, quality fixtures, contemporary art etc. Grinning like the proverbial Cheshire cats by now we found our room and OMG we’d hit the jackpot! icing on the cake was the double shower and dual basins in the ensuite. It wasn’t until the next morning we discovered the chefs kitchen, massive lounge and huge deck with $$million panoramic views. This place ticked so many boxes, cannot recommend it highly enough.

we didn’t do as much sightseeing as originally intended as we were so content enjoying the feel of the property

Great view of Hobart city with vantage view of the NYE fireworks at night. Room is as described and pictured. General amenities provided were sufficient with provision of washer and dryer.

Sound proofing of the rooms are lousy. Foot steps of other guests can be heard when they get in/out of the house, up/down the stairs, not forgetting the conversations along the corridor.

So comfortable and homey. Beds are so comfortable and beautiful view. Upstairs was set out really comfortable
