I have stayed here before, it is an excellent value for money. Not quite in the centre but close enough to walk or jump on a metro/tram. The lounge on the first floor is a touch. The rooms are clean and look freshly decorated. The breakfast is good. There is a typical Czech pub downstairs and farmers market just outside.

The only slight issue which won’t stop me from staying again though, if your room is facing the main road, it gets very noisy very, very early in the morning. Try to ask for a courtyard room.

Very good location near the National museum. All attractions are within easy walking distance. Great bar downstairs, shops, cafes, Mcdonald and KFC are near from hotel.. The hotel is clean, everything is new. Breakfast is abundant, excellent. The staff is very nice. I recommend it.

The room was spacious enough for a large double bed and a 1 person bed. The beds were comfortable and clean. We had the room cleaned and towels changed daily. There is a lobby area at the first floor that looks nice and relaxing. Bathroom was decent size as well and cleaned daily. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were decent choices for breakfast, including some gluten free options. The tram station is close by, making this properly well connected to the city center and also within walking distance if you choose to walk. The restaurant next to the hotel is good food quality and decent prices.

There was no available parking spot, as they were all booked in in advance. The pillows were not the most comfortable, but that is depending an everyone’s choice.

The room was comfortable, with a very good shower and bed. There was a coat hanger and enough space for the suitcase, which is relatively rare for a basic room in Europe. The breakfast was amazing. I stayed in Prague in the winter and the heating was great. It worked perfectly and was easy to set up. The hotel has two lifts (only one to the breakfast floor), so you never have to wait long. The hotel looks very clean. The area is far from the old town, with no bars or clubs, so the rooms are silent at night. There are many snack bars and markets just around the corner, though. There is a tram stop to Malá Strana and a metro station you can use to go to the old town (it requires interchange between the lines). The National museum and Wenceslas Square are about 10 minutes away. The staff is very kind.

The breakfast is a very, very varied buffet, lots of fruits, delicious hot dishes and cold dishes, for example 4-5 kinds of cheese, 4-5 kinds of meats, salads, vegetables, a huge selection of pastries, soft drinks, coffees and cakes, there is too much to say. Staff is very friendly and we get fresh bed linen and towels almost every 2-3 days, and the kettle's drawer belonging to the room is constantly refilled with coffee, powdered milk, sugar and filter teas. The hotel is very close to famous squares of the city, such as Wenceslas Square and Old Town Square.

I booked two rooms for this trip, one for my husband & I and our daughter, both our rooms located in first floor and next to lounge. our room (room 103) was perfect we hardly hear any noise except for occasional slamming. all went well with the rooms, etc if I can only add a few things, a small shelf in the bathroom next to shower to put our items and another mirror so one can put make up on while the other having a shower, that's all. Will I come back next time I visited Prague? Absolutely, location is perfect you can walk to tourist attractions, tram and Subway stops are both walking distance, parking space a bonus as well.

Maybe the staff could be more considerate with the noise they made before 9:00, a bit noisy and hardly could sleep in after 07:30

One of the best locations in Prague, at metro C and tram I.P.Pavlova and very close to metro A (Náměstí Míru or Muzeum). I had a calm room facing the inner yard. The lobby at the first floor is quite nice, and I really liked the the wide choice of food at the breakfast. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

The coffee at the breakfast is a parody of espresso with lots of funny froth on it. I'm glad I found the much better (paid) espresso machine in the lobby. There really isn't anything else I could complain about – fix the breakfast coffee for an impeccable experience!

I can only say good things! The location is great, just a short walk from the National Museum and Wenceslas Square. Convenient metro and tram connections to all of Prague's attractions. At the time of booking I asked for rooms close together, on the first or second floor, facing the street. I received an almost immediate reply that my request would be accepted. We were given two rooms on the second floor, connected by an internal door - I could not have imagined a better solution. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent and varied, and everything was constantly replenished. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend Hotel Beránek!

Lovely clean hotel with a lovely restaurant next door. Our room had ceiling windows which took a bit of getting used to as no views but lovely comfortable room with modern, clean bathroom. Also windows had remote control to open and close and to do the blinds. Room was a little dated and wouldn't need much to jazz it up - a few modern pictures etc. but we would definitely come back. The pillows were not comfortable for us but we're quite fussy! Lots of choice for breakfast (on until 10.30am). Eggs, yoghurt, breads, cheeses, meats, salad, cereal etc. Lovely lobby area on first floor with a vending machine for drinks and snacks but no bar in hotel. Loads of choice of food and drink within a minutes walk - Domino's, McDonald's, KFC, Burger King etc. Tram line outside hotel door so really easy to access everywhere but we mainly walked as quite central.

I'm overall very happy about my stay at the hotel: delicious breakfast, friendly staff that is trying their best to help with anything possible, and convenient location. Great value for money, and the staff does make sure the guests are satisfied and happy. I felt comfortable and heard.

A minor inconvenience was the WIFI connection. It was weak, which made it impossible to have calls in the room. So if I needed to get some work done, I had to either go to the lobby on the first floor, the nearest coffee shop, or the breakfast area (which was open till 11 am). Luckily I wasn't relying on it, but if I need to travel for work next time, I would need to make sure I get a different room with a stronger connection. Towels either had small stains (not dirt, just those types of stains that are hard to get rid of) or were torn here and there. I know that towels are usually being washed by an external company (not the hotel itself), but I'd recommend the staff do a proper revision of the towels. Otherwise, I highly recommend the hotel.
