Beautiful location. Most friendliest and helpful staff!! We really had such a lovely stay, it's tough with a toddler, but the staff here were amazing and did everything they could to help us. From heating up milk for her bottle in the middle of the night to making her weetabix for supper and letting her run around their empty ballroom when it was raining. Beautiful hotel, very clean and comfortable rooms!! The gardens are so well taken care of and the views are amazing. Food and drinks are great value for money and breakfast was really enjoyable.

The staff were fabulous and great bit of banter made our stay even better than our last stay 2 years ago. It has been refurbished recently and a great job done. Thumbs up
Irish weather.? Because it was valentines night it was quite busy and all the tables were booked for meals so we had to sit at the bar on high stools , personally I don't mind but we are in our sixties and our partners struggle to get up on the stools. There is a lovely bar in the next room but it didn't open until later on that evening.. we had a wonderful evening with our friends. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

Fantastic hospitality with the stunning view of the lake. We enjoyed great deal and the stuff was sooooo nice to us, we truly rested there. Woodland walk is lovely, grounds are big and have nice touches as board games, fairy houses, benches to enjoy the view. Restaurant is really good, food is good quality as well as service. We leaned that this hotel hosts weddings pretty often, I wish we had ours here 😅 thanks everyone for being nice and kind to us, our toddler also enjoyed everything and a little gift book he got.

Helpful friendly staff, wonderful location beside Lough Sheelin. Grounds kept in great order. Breakfast and dinner delicious.
In room 124, hotel obviously allows dogs, woken up three times on one night by a dog barking in the room next door, not ideal. Furniture in room 124 in very bad condition chipped everywhere and this room could also be n a room useD for people who bring dogs.

The location is beautiful (even in winter). We found the hotel cozy and warm. The staff were great. Food at the restaurant was delicious - we were impressed!
There wasn't any water in the room and you couldn't drink from the tap, so whenever we needed to get water for the kettle we had to go to the bar or reception. A minor inconvenience. A large bottle of water in the room would be a nice touch.

From my dealings with Tracy and our requests before we arrived (All Met and were Perfect - Thank You Tracy your a star), to the warm and welcoming greating from the Elderly Concierge Gentleman who was an absolute Gent both he and all the staff in the Bistro where the food and atmosphere were exceptional, the bar staff Aaron and Lauren were very attentive and remembered my request for 3 wedges of lime in my Gin and Tonic and made my wife Marian a Superb Irish Coffee. The Deluxe Room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the Happy Birthday Plate with Cake and Fruit a Lovely Touch. The view out of the lake was beautiful and the bed was large and very comfortable and gave such a peaceful nights sleep, the bathroom had luxury toiletries and the shower was powerful and hot, everything about the room was A1. After a goods night rest we headed to the restaurant for the Irish Breakfast which was buffet style and was exceptional, probably the best Full Irish I have had in ALL my travels worldwide, this coupled with the attentive staff once again made this a stay that lived up to Cead Mille Failte (A thousand Welcomes) Crover House Keep doing what you are doing it works!!! Marian and I will be Back, A Great Hotel, Great Ambience, Great Atmosphere with a staff 2nd to None.
Musis at weekend maybe but even without it the atmosphere in the Bar and Restaurant were great

Beautiful grounds, lovely patio outside the bar/restaurant, very friendly staff. Food was decent but not spectacular. Hotel was very reasonably priced.
There’s only one restaurant which is used for breakfast, dinner and as the main bar of the hotel. There’s a lovely bar at the lobby which was unstaffed from about 4pm, meaning everyone had to use the restaurant as the bar, so it was very crowded and noisy. Standard rooms have very small bathrooms
